Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Wie auf den Fotos, keine bösen Überraschungen, der Strandabschnitt ist toll. Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in Fußdistanz. Und für diesen belebten Ort doch recht ruhig (auch wenn die Jungs von der Strandbar gegenüber gerne um 6h morgens die Musik voll aufgedreht haben)

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Kol hat uns sogar nachts um 2 Uhr in die Unterkunft gelassen und war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch sehr entspannt, man kann von hier an den See, nach Shkodra und ist auch schnell in den albanischen Alpen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die nicht unbedingt in einem touristischen Hotspot und einem generischem Apartment landen wollen. Gerne wieder :)

Bardzo atrakcyjnie usytuowane miejsce. Blisko malutkiej plaży. Plaża pozostawia trochę do życzenia ale nie jest to przedmiotem wynajmu. Świetnie wyposażony domek, wystarczającej wielkości pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze, basen który idealnie się sprawdza w gorące dni. W okolicy brakuje dobrych miejsc do zjedzenia ale to ogólny problem w tej miejscowości. Bardzo sympatyczna mama właścicielki która była bardzo pomocna. Wydaje się że to najlepsza opcja w tej części Czarnogóry.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, alleine der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Meer Zugang war Gold wert, da die Strände in der Umgebung maßlos überfüllt waren. Montenegro hat uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wirklich gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

This was a big appartman with a great view. The furniture is acceptable, but some pieces will have to be replaced in the near future as the constant high humidity has begun to affect the aesthetics of the metal parts. Apart from this non-essential point, everything was as expected (or better).

Ein wunderbares super schönes kleines Haus in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Der Garten ist super schön und toll gepflegt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Besonders im Badezimmer fehlt es an nichts Duschgel, Shampoo, Windeln etc. Erdi und seine Familie waren super nett und hilfsbereit! Bei jeder Kleinigkeit haben sie uns mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Überall waren Mückennetze und Anti-Moskito rauchstäbchen, was klasse war. Keine einzige Mücke im Haus. Einzige kleine Anmerkung: die Klimaanlage ist in dem oberen Raum angebracht und kühlt somit das Schlafzimmer oben und den Wohnbereich aber nicht die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer. Es war jedoch noch ok von der Temperatur, da es nachts draußen schon recht kalt wurde.

Séjour très agréable dans la villa. Très bien équipée avec un parfait confort. Environnement calme et authentique, mer a 2 pas, vues magnifiques de la villa. Mention spéciale pour Anton, toujours réactif , précis et soucieux de faciliter le quotidien de ses hôtes. Merci. Vivement le prochain séjour 😉

Un véritable petit coin de paradis au beau milieu des oliviers, aucun vis a vis, le calme absolu. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer ! La maison est presque neuve et très bien entretenue. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi with view 😍 Adnan est très réactif et avenant, de très bons conseils si vous souhaitez explorer la région. Je recommande vivement !

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

Die besten Gastgeber die wir nach jahrelanger Airbnb Erfahrung je getroffen haben! Blerta fühlte sich wie eine Momma für mich an. Toll, diese Menschen zu treffen, sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und tolle Gespräche. Besonders herzliches Willkommen durch Einladung zum Essen und extra Orangen als Geschenk. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat Alles, was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Super sauber, toller Balkon mit Ausblick. Bequeme Betten und sehr viel Ruhe. Im Oktober ist in Velipoja Nichts mehr los, doch durch die Wohnung und den Gastgeber war es trotzdem ein perfektes Erlebnis!

The stay at Lillys river house was great. We were two couples and stayed for one week there. We directly loved the location directly at the river. To the beach you have to walk approx 15-20 minutes, than you have a beautiful not crowded beach in front of you. Also bicycles are available at the house to make some tours a short shopping. If you want to eat at the house it’s also great with the grill around. But you need a car to get to the shopping center. Lilly was very helpful and left us some drinks in the fridge as we were arriving on a Saturday evening. (Thanks for that). We all just can say thanks to Lilly for her wonderful house and her help during Arrival as well as during our stay.
