Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

David’s place was fantastic for our stay in Arvada. We were there with two of our adult kids and their partners for almost two weeks and loved the open layout, clean design and thoughtful provisions, especially in the kitchen since we celebrated Christmas and cooked brunch. Nearby Majestic View park was a nice walk and view. The outside porch and sunrise views were stellar. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home close to many things we wanted to do. Really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Jennifer always responded within minutes to a message on the AirBnB app. she takes great care in making this a luxurious and hospitable place to stay! I could not recommend her and her home more highly!

Great stay and hosts!! As others have said, it is a basement unit remodeled, but it was very very cozy and we had zero issues. It was also in a wonderful area, no weird crowds or anything. If it was warmer, we would've definitely walked around the area we were in. Great spot if you want to be near a ton of fantastic food and restaurants. Will definitely save this spot for future stays!

My friends and I had a great stay here!! All property directions were listed and any questions were answered promptly. The home was beautiful, and was a short drive away from local spots and Denver (host provides very good restaurant recs). This was overall a wonderful experience with a great host.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! We were a group of 16, and everyone was super comfortable—the space is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. One of our favorite features was the jacuzzi—it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this place for large groups or family getaways!

Amazing mountain escape and absolutely beautiful property. The A-frame is well appointed and great amenities. The property is extremely comfy with great bedding and fully stocked kitchen. The highlight of the property is a hot tub. The host is amazing with great communication. Highly recommend this property for family, couples, or solos - absolutely wonderful!

Lovely place, very peaceful, exactly as described.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! The cabin was spotless and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals. The views were absolutely beautiful—we had our morning coffee while watching deer wander by. It’s also conveniently close to town, where we found plenty of delicious food options. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely love to come back!

This was easily one of the nicest, coziest and most thoughtful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Megan was so responsive to all of our questions and even made sure to have the driveway plowed the day we left for our flight so we could have a safe trip down the mountain. On top of that, the Airbnb is located in such a beautiful nook of Conifer. I’ve never seen anything like it! The place was so clean and there were so many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - truly our home away from home. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Everything was perfect!!!

We stayed at this cabin last week and it was the perfect, cozy getaway—just far enough from the city to feel like an escape without going off the grid (still on the same tank of gas!). It was beautiful inside and out. My husband, a carpenter, loved the simple hardware throughout—my new fancy for pocket doors, on the other hand, not so much. The hot tub next to the creek was amazing, especially during a misty little storm. Waking up to snow reminded us we were still in Colorado! We played games, hung out as a family, and snuck in a movie night with a projector—kept it 80s to fit the vibe. Our girls are growing up fast, but watching them embrace the bunkroom brought back sweet memories. I didn’t plan much and was relieved to find the kitchen had all the little things I forgot (a drizzle of olive oil = magic). All in all, we’d love to come back for a longer stay. PS: Sorry we left our pup’s tether by the creek—I hope no one tripped!

This was the perfect home base for our several day mountain getaway! Yvonne was very flexible with allowing us an early check in to beat the snow storm on our arrival day. It was an easy drive to spend a day in Boulder and to get to a few great local hikes! We would absolutely come back to stay again!

Just an absolute gem of a place. You know the rental is great when everyone in your group says they wish they had more time there. We are already talking about when we can come back to stay here again!
