The older colonial home had lots of space and privacy. It was perfect for our family of 4. The local staff were the best selling part and were who we dealt with on a daily basis. They were helpful in sourcing some items that we required and even produced them at local prices. They supported with orientation of the area, sending out laundry, purchasing fresh fruits, and making breakfast daily. They made up rooms in the morning and then were out in no time, leaving us with privacy. Wonderful staff.

Amazing house in such a peaceful location The perfect place for relaxing

Our stay at Ketut’s was wonderful. They were always responsive to any questions and the housekeeper was friendly and very helpful (also keeping the place lovely and clean!). Location was great, not too far from restaraunts while quiet and peaceful in the evening. From our balcony we could watch the local life going by on the water. Great stay for longer timeframe as it’s lovely and self sufficient! The only challenge was that the AC wasn’t working great and in the middle of the day it was too hot to rest. Ketut was always responsive though in trying to fix this situation. Thanks Ketut for being a wonderful host.

Eine sehr schöne Villa – wie eine Oase! Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dani hat sooo lecker gekocht! Sie ist sehr freundlich und geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Ketut ist ein ausgezeichneter Fahrer. Er hat uns die Umgebung gezeigt und viel über die balinesische Kultur erzählt. Wir würden die tolle Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Spacious villa with a pool. The pool is clean. Each bedroom has en-suite outdoor bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the ACs works well. The living room/kitchen has a portable fan, a small sofa and a dining table. It is not the most ‘cosy’ and well laid-out living room I have been, but it may just work as a place to get family/group to sit down to have a meal together. Going in and out of the villa can be challenging if you bring your own car and you’re not used to drive on a small lane in Bali. Using scooters to go around Melasti/Amed will be much easier. Good Stuff cafe nearby has excellent fresh and delicious food/coffee.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle und intensive Zeit mit Ama und ihrer Familie. Jeden Abend gab es Jam Sessions, bei denen man einfach mitmachen konnte. Man ist sofort ein Teil von Dreammakers geworden. In unmittelbarer Nähe kann man schnorcheln gehen, was auch eins unserer Highlights war. Diese Unterkunft ist etwas besonderes. Danke für die schönen Tage - wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Big love to all of you guys <3

We loved our stay at Coco Mimpi! Arpet and the other staff were extremely helpful and accomodating! There was plenty of space, and a fully equipped kitchen which is extremely hard to find in North West Sumbawa! Thank you so much for your hospitality and we hope to stay with you again!

If you want a place that feels like home because the people there treat you with such care during your stay, look no further. This place was beyond our expectations. My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and we can go on and on expressing how incredible this village is: the restaurant was delicious in all its meals of the day, the infinity pool had a wonderful view, the bamboo villa was like living in a dream, the pups there were so sweet and the cows coming through in the morning added a nice charm, beach cinema was awesome, our driver was the sweetest, the girls working there were so sweet and helpful, and knowing this village was privately and entirely ours was the perfect cherry on top. Oh, and definitely check out the snorkeling adventure as part of your trip, with Boodie. He was awesome taking us out there and showing us a super fun snorkel adventure of the Gilis.

Stayed for 1 night at this villa. The location is just perfect right at the beach and wow; what a garden! It was exactly as on the pictures. Our host (Kadek) was very nice and made us the greatest breakfast. Would definitely recommend during your Amed stay!

One of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. The moment we arrived, we could feel this was no ordinary place. Every detail is crafted with so much love and care - it’s simply unbelievable. The estate was built by a Hollywood director in collaboration with a star architect, originally for his family and friends, taking nearly three years to complete. Once you see it, you understand why. This house is one of five properties on the estate and was actually designed as the director’s personal retreat. Right by the ocean, surrounded by breathtaking Balinese nature, offering stunning views of both the ocean and Agung volcano. All staff (~15 pax) were incredible - kind, attentive, and truly fantastic. While I can’t name everyone, I want to highlight a few: • Ratih – Manager, very kind and always available • Mertanu – Yoga teacher with amazing energy • Sarjana – One of the best massage healers I’ve experienced • Nyoman, Ketut & Putri – chefs preparing fantastic local home-cooked cuisine

Amazing quiet spot in west Lombok. Villa is beautiful and morning sunrises incredible. The food is just basic but definitely all you need to keep you going. The staff including Akhir especially did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. Beautiful people!

The location is perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts - incredible coral reefs are just minutes away. On-site snorkel gear rental and boat arrangements make water activities seamless. Several great restaurants are nearby, though the area has limited walkability. The real highlight is Ketut, the on-site manager. She's an exceptional host who made us feel like family, available via W h a t s A p p for any need. Pro tip: Book local transportation through her, as ride-sharing apps (Grab) aren't reliable here. Note: The villa features separated cabins - perfect for couples or friends but may not suit families with young children. We loved the private setup with shared kitchen and dining areas. Highly recommended for nature lovers seeking a luxurious beachfront escape.

Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte gebucht, aber dieses Haus hat uns einfach aus den Socken gehauen, weil wie gemacht für uns. 3 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer - ein wunderschöner großer nach außen offener Wohnbereich und der eigene Pool haben es abgerundet. Die Hängematte wurde direkt vom Ältesten in Beschlag genommen mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Was aber neben dem Haus erwähnenswert ist, sind die Gastgeber. Vom ersten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin über die Abstimmung mit dem Team über Ankunft, Frühstückswünsche, Tourenplanung hat alles bestens funktioniert. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Umgebung des Hauses weit weg vom übervölkerten Süden war traumhaft schön, egal ob Tauchen, Wanderungen, Restaurantbesuche & Co - hier konnten wir uns blind auf Koming und Gede verlassen, die Haus und uns betreuten. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und macht einfach Lust auf mehr Bali.

This was just the best villa for a family getaway, don’t think twice about booking! We will definitely be back. The villa was so lovely, and exactly like the photos. It has the most well equipped kitchen in Bali and everything was super clean. The huge pool and garden/grass area was immaculate (perfect for kids!!) and the gate opened right onto the beach. The staff were all so responsive and helpful. You can order food right from the resort next door, or get it delivered through WA. Just the most perfect getaway imaginable!

We spent a week here with friends. The location is more than perfect. From Kini Villa you can travel where ever you want by scooter easily. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet, but still have access to activities, this is an excellent choice. Best surf spots and spearfishing spots are just right there. What could be better than relaxing in the pool and hanging out on the terrace with infinite stunning views right in front of you? And not forget to mention, beautiful sunsets. In addition, the staff was really helpful and quick in their responses and actions. No matter how hard I try, I can’t think of anything negative to say about this accommodation. A good example of the speed of customer service: the air conditioner in one bedroom broke, and we notified the staff. In just a few hours, the entire air conditioner had been replaced with a new one. Service level 5/5. If I ever come to visit Sumbawa again, I will definitely choose this place to stay again.

Für uns mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft der Straße. Sehr liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Die Bungalows sind gut ausgestattet, das offene Badezimmer ein echter Hingucker, das Moskitonetz ein wichtiges Detail und für Privatsphäre ist gesorgt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Hausriff ist zum Schnorcheln die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen - man muss etwas rausschwimmen aber dann ist es herrlich. Wir haben viele Schildkröten gesehen. Außerdem ist der SunsetPoint in der Nähe und somit das Blue earth village für Yoga-Fans erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Beatiful home lɔcated in fabulous flɔwer gardens, private, quiet with beach and sea at the front gate. Ticked all our boxes and added more. Kim was a delight, well connected. I wish this place was our secret.

Das Beachhaus ist ein kleines Paradies. Sehr abgelegen und für jeden der Ruhe sucht das richtige. Restaurants sind zu Fuss schlecht erreichbar. Essen kann bestellt werden. Die Caretaker sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This place is a 💎. We took the one with a private pool and was just fantastic. The complimentary breakfast served was just one of a kind. The villa was so clean and pristine. Overall, amazing. This place is in the cliff of on a forest, so if you are allergic to insects in the night, do not come here. The place is in the middle of nature.

I recommand this location. Very beautiful place close to a beautiful beachs. Angus is always available and very helpful. Closest village is about 5-10 minutes away what is under 5$ CAD in taxi.

Everything was great! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. The bungalow is set back from the street, behind a dive school. You reach it through a small path that leads through a lovely garden, which makes it feel extra quiet and tucked away. A basic breakfast was included, which was a nice touch to start the day. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!

This was such a perfect family holiday location. We had an age range of 7 up to 81 years old and the beach house worked for all of us! The beach house was totally unique. To hear the waves at night and have the view of the sea is really quite special. The children loved the hammock on the front garden and played chess under the shady tree. The beach out front is super safe and quiet and my husband went fishing and my daughter took a net to catch crabs in the rock pools each morning. There was plenty to entertain the kids. The staff were incredibly accommodating, we were not expecting to have staff attending to all our needs so we felt very lucky. They booked horse and carts, had bicycles delivered and sorted massages at the beach house and a fab glass bottom boat for a day trip to Meno to see the turtles. They were so lovely. We stayed on Gili T in 2011 and only visited Gili Air by boat for lunch. However we loved this beach house and island and will be coming back for sure!!!
