Perfect for one couple or for a family with children. The 2 people who sleep on the bedroom/mezzanine have to accross the main bedroom to go to the bathroom! Ce magnifique appartement est situé au premier étage de La Maisonnette , et donc s'appelle "La Maisonnette en Haut". Il est composé d'un espace séjour avec canapé confortable et fauteuil pour regarder la TV satellite ou naviguer sur internet (wifi), d'une table et quatre chaises pour vos repas, et d'une cuisine complète (cuisson gaz, frigo, lave-vaisselle, four, etc.). De ce premier espace , vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur le Lac à travers deux lumineuses fenêtres. Du salon vous accédez à la chaleureuse chambre fermée et équipée d'un beau dressing. De cette chambre, vous aurez accès à la salle de bain complète (douche avec double sortie d'eau!, wc, bidet et lavabo inséré dans une pierre). En montant à l'étage par un escalier au-dessus de la cuisine, vous trouverez un espace mezzanine avec un deuxième lit double, un coin bureau sous fenêtre lucarne (vue sur les collines), et l'accès à la magnifique terrasse dans le toit... Vue panoramique sur le Lac (et Isola Madre) et relax garanti en prenant un bain de soleil ou en sirotant un cocktail !!! Pour votre bien-être et dans le souci de respecter le côté ancien de la maisonnette, nous avons opté pour des matériaux naturels durant la rénovation, et donc vous serez entourés de pierre et de bois! Chaque détail de l'ameublement a été aussi pensé pour votre confort (meubles, luminaires, tissus, décoration...) L'accès à La Maisonnette est indépendant par une petite rue à pied, ou par le jardin de notre villa où vous pourrez garer votre voiture gratuitement. located in a tipical north italian old buiding, it looks actually cozy and modern inside. it's a brand new loft which has been designed for making us feeling good. in the lobby there are 2 glass door for the sunlight. a washmachine and a microwave. in the kitchen we have all that a couple may need. the tv's are 2 one satellite in the living room and one smart in the bedroom. our life is made of music, that's why we have 2 hifi systems one in the living room and another one bose in the bedroom. just let us know you love it too, so we may show you how to enjoy it. wifi connection is the fibre channel 300 megabit. upstairs we have a mini walk-in closet that you may use for luggages as well as your own clothes according to italian soul we believe in hospitality and we feel being empatethic, so the interaction with guests may be a lovely surprise... just whether our guests don't mind. we love our corner of milano because it's unique. it's not venice, it's not amsterdam, but it's however fashinating because of the pedestrien ciclying lane which goes on through the lovely old bridges, the people running and ciclying along the leonardo's naviglio the apartment is located in a 200 years old cinematic building, a few steps from metro 1 (turro) which is along viale monza where you can find supermarket 24/7, restaurants, bars, bakery and whatever service no gas, no fire in the kitchen as well as in the rest of the house. for our safe we prefer to use induction hob which we may show you how to use by a simple illustration as per all the airbnb apartments and hotels inside the city of milano it's required to pay an official city tax which consists on €3 per night per person.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.
