L'appartamento si trova in un pittoresco villaggio su un'isola del lago di Iseo, un luogo ideale per riscoprire i ritmi lenti e il fascino della semplicità. Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.
