The unit was just as described. Very clean . The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you might need while there. Plenty of towels for our 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable with crisp, clean white linens. Their is only one blanket per bed so bring extras if you are cold natured. Kathleen is so nice and was very fast to message me back when I had questions before booking. It's an older building but it's well maintained. Its in a quiet peaceful neighborhood literally 5 minutes from hospitals, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Het verblijf bij Kathleen was perfect. Het is een mooie omgeving met een ruime accommodatie. De ruimte is brandschoon en erg goed bevoorraad. Het bed licht erg goed en het is echt schoon opgeleverd! Bezoek ook zeker de botanische tuin!

Host was super nice. Texted all the information to get into the unit before I arrived without me having to text. Parking was a little tight but nothing crazy.

Though I wasn't there long, it was just what I wanted: a safe place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Every thing was cool and looked like the picture would book again

I was in town visiting a family member in the hospital and Amy's place turned out to be an excellent choice. I had to get a little help with check-in but Amy was responsive and everything else was great. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I needed including WiFi so I was able to keep up with my work and online class. Also it was a very short drive to the hospital so the location was just perfect. Parking was a little tricky but I got some help from locals. A totally great experience overall. I would stay again. Location was perfect - convenient & within walking distance to SoHo shops & restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and Trey was quick to respond and easy to work with. All-around wonderful experience. We look forward to booking again when visiting family.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Joanna's place was as described. Close to the zoo and other attractions. Also only 10 minutes outside the city. Joanna was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

Sadie was very responsive to any question or request we had, even though it was a shared space the privacy was respected. When we went to a game for the day, she let our dog go for a walk with her. We would consider staying the next time we visit if she has availability!! Thanks for a great weekend!
