This house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and plenty to do! Very beautiful house and yard. Everything was clean and easy to find. We definitely want to come back and stay in the future!

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

The house ended up being perfect for what we needed and the backyard was so peaceful, and definetly what we needed !! The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the linens were great! Every area was very clean and you could tell the owners took great care of their property! I will definetly come back if we come this way again. Sergey was great at responding and follow through.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Jillian is an outstanding host, very response, proactive, and helpful from the time we reserved, through the conclusion of our stay. Not only was Jillian responsive but she was proactive in addressing our requests for assistance and delivered. The property is private, gives an at-home feel, and the neighborhood and surrounding area are peaceful and lovely. We had a very special time as a family and highly recommend staying with Jillian at this cozy, peaceful, and fun property in Elk Grove.

We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated clearly and left out a couple items for us to enjoy in the kitchen- appreciated the extra touches. The host was flexible for a last minute booking which really got us out of a jam. The extra little thoughtful items and such a clean space was extra meaningful. Very thankful. ❤️

This is a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous backyard and tons of relaxing little nooks among the trees. The outdoor fire pit was easy to use, the hot tub was divine, we even got to lay in the hammock for a brief second, but the whole layout is just clean and accessible and very pleasant to be in. We loved everything about this day, including the touches that made it very thoughtful like the eye masks for the lights from the AI assistants in the bedroom ceiling. Very thoughtful.

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

Karen was a wonderful host! visted for a girls trip to Lodi wine region and was not disappointed. Cute house, quiet neighborhood and just perfect.

Thanks Nhu! Your place was perfect for our weekend stay in Davis. The cute two bedroom/two bathroom was just the right size for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nhu responded to everything in a timely manner and just made the overall experience nice and stress free. Hopefully we will be back!

This house was perfect! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood, lots of space. The backyard was a nice place to hangout. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with ideal privacy and fenced in yard.

The house was very nice and the back yard was the star of the show. Just as shown in the photos, very very clean. Everything you need to just relax and enjoy a quiet evening watching TV. The back yard is so beautiful and peaceful, lots of trees and flowers. The only Little thing the house doesn’t have the house numbers on the front and we had trouble finding it at night. Beds are very comfortable as well.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

Toyin's home was upgraded, clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear. Communication with her was easy with quick response time. The only issue we had was a couple of the pictures from the listing were not quite accurate. The listing showed 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with 2 individual beds. The home actually has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. There was a day-bed in the living room area which my 6-foot son ended up using. It worked out ok for our short stay, but it would have been helpful to know the bed configuration info in advance. Also the back yard needs a bit of cleaning and maintenance - not quite as represented in the pictures. One of the wooden fence panels is broken/ missing and a couple of the fabric chair cushions are torn. There is a metal table with seats which we hosed down and used. Aside from that the home is bright and clean inside and well equipped with all the necessities.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

Fantastic stay, super comfy beds, linens and pillows, plenty of towels, all the amenities, and it’s a super great layout, offering two suites with king beds and full baths on separate floors, which worked perfect for my work trip. All in all one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed at, you won’t be sorry you booked!

Beautiful home, gorgeous gardens and the pool and hot tub are not large, but so so great for traveling with younger kids. Waterfall in the pool, chef’s kitchen. 3 bathrooms. Feels private and Davis is just an amazing city to visit particularly if you have young kids! This property allows for easy access to ride your bikes (mostly without the bother of sharing the road with cars!!!) Bring pool floaties, bikes, bike trailers and ice chests! Spend a Weekend here and teach your kids to be safe in the water and ride a bike all in one weekend!! Hosts are very responsive and kind, owner clearly loves this property and the landscaping is beautiful. Loved it!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.
