We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis met z’n vijven. De omgeving is prachtig met de wijngaarden en olijfbomen, en het huis een heerlijke relaxte plek. We hebben ook een aantal avonden lekker gebarbecued op de buiten BBQ! De ligging is centraal en alles op rij afstand. We hebben het huis als thuisbasis gebruikt voor trips naar Valldemossa, Soller, Palma en Santanyí. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

Miquel and Pere were fantastic hosts, the villa was stunning and the location perfect for our needs. We were two families with children. The size and layout of the villa allowed us to have our own space, while there were plenty of social areas where we could spend time together - our favourite was by the beautiful pool. The marina and a beach are both a few minutes walk, and the town has plenty of dining options. Miquel kindly drove us to the supermarket on our first day, and waited patiently for us, even though we took a while! He also purchased an Australian adaptor for one of our party. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on hand with recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday, and would definitely return.

Świetny, duży i praktyczny dom, dobrze wyposażony a przede wszystkim bardzo czysty i pachnący. Cisza, prywatność i przyroda 360°. Duzy czysty basen, zadbane podwórko. Na dzieci czekały w domu przekaski. Valeria i właściciel domu sa bardzo mili i dyspozycyjni za każdym razem. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni i napewno wrócimy. Polecamy. Dziękuję za wszystko

An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

Tolle Finka und ganz tolles Anwesen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär mit einem direkten Blick aufs Meer. Ansonsten hat das Haus wirklich alles, was man sich wünscht. Von einer tollen Ausstattung in der Küche, einen Outdoorgrill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, super saubere Bäder und Zimmer sowie am Pool eine Kiste mit Outdoor-Spielsachen, was für unsere Kids toll war. Auch die Tischtennisplatte war sehr beliebt. Die Lage der Finka ist im Naturschutzgebiet, damit super ruhig und toll gelegen, aber auch abseits von Cafes und Restaurants. Man braucht immer das Auto, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Wochen Familienurlaub dort und konnten die Ruhe in der Natur sehr genießen.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa last week and it was everything we hoped for. Really charming, beautiful surroundings and perfect for us and our two young children. Fernando and Xesca are lovely! Very accommodating, quick to reply to anything we asked for and they always took plenty of time to share restaurant tips, places to visit etc. and dropped by to pay us a visit, even though they had busy schedules. The house was in great condition, and its garage of pool toys was a huge hit for our two young boys! We spent every day in the pool, which is located quite high and therefore, almost constantly in sunshine. Nice! Cala Sant Vicenc is beautiful and very quiet! There are many fantastic restaurants in town, some of which we unfortunately didn't visit due to the balancing act of getting kids to bed and the late opening hours at the restaurants. All in all, we had a great stay at this amazing villa and charming town. Thank you so much, Fernando and Xesca!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Finca! The welcome and excellent communication by the Morey team made us feel very at home. We loved the beautiful views from the house and tranquillity whilst able to walk easily into Valldemossa for our daily fresh bread and any supplies. The restaurants in Valldemossa are vibrant and plentiful. The pool and terraces are stunning and the house is very comfortable and well equipped. We recommend the fabulous Camí de s’Escolta walk to view the sunset over the sea ! We understand there are new kitchen and bathroom renovations happening before the next season. This will make this place even more amazing and we can’t wait to re-book next year!

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit neun Personen und zwei Babys verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen super! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und zur Küsten mit vielen wunderschönen Buchten rund um Portocolom ist es nur „Katzensprung“. Ein ideales Domizil für einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit Grillabenden am tollen Pool, Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Orte drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war unkompliziert und freundlich und seine gesamte Familie hat sich um unser Wohlergehen rührend gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Dies wird ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben.

I highly recommend Carlos' place (and Carlos as a host, he is absolutely wonderful)! It is perfectly situated in Palma; close to a bus line that provides access to the Old Town area, within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and 2 convenient parking lots. The area is quiet and peaceful but within a short walk, the hustle and bustle of the city centre is reachable. The home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups and amazing indoor/outdoor living. Our group especially liked sitting in the dining area with the doors open to the upper deck overlooking the pool and neighborhood. Carlos and Berta were incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided a 5 star experience!!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta vackra hus – ljust, rymligt och med ett härligt lugn. Den oslagbara utsikten över de omkringliggande bergen gav verkligen en extra dimension till hela upplevelsen. Barnen stortrivdes både inne i huset och ute i trädgården, och vi vuxna uppskattade verkligen de generösa ytorna och den fina atmosfären. Vi blev väl mottagna av Petra och hennes familj, som var otroligt varma och välkomnande – det satte tonen för hela vår vistelse. Köket var välutrustat och gjorde det enkelt att laga goda middagar hemma. Ett tips är att ha bil under vistelsen, så att man enkelt kan utforska det vackra området runt omkring. Vi lämnade med många fina minnen och ser gärna fram emot att återvända. Varmt rekommenderat!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

We had such an amazing week staying here as a group of two family’s & a separate couple. The villa is amazing, with lots of space to spread out around & all the facilities you could need are there. The pool & garden area are a crowning jewel with incredible views in all directions. The local village is very pretty with a nice beach & some lovely beachside restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent séjour avec accueil de la famille de Catalina, le logement est superbe, aéré, hyper propre, avec une vue incroyable, pas de vis à vis, il faut la voiture pour aller au centre mais une petite épicerie resto bar facile d’accès à pied, bord de mer et jetée superbe , adaptée aux enfants si besoin Vacances au top grâce à nos hôtes

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Amazing house to stay in and everything is within a fair walking distance. The road next to the house is quite nosiy. Baltasar helped with every request we had and always responded quickly.

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Erholsamer Urlaub Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus fernab des touristischen Trubels. Der Außenbereich ist mit der windgeschützten Terrasse, Pool, Grillbereich und Garten sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Haus bietet im Außenbereich diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten, um Sonne und Schatten nach Belieben zu variieren. Der geräumige Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert, so daß man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Alle Absprachen mit dem immer freundlichen Vermieter verliefen vorbildlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen ist zwingend erforderlich. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Schönheit der Natur sucht, ist hier absolut am richtigen Ort - zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Les Estades. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ist groß genug für 5 und besitzt alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Pool (Salzwasser) war super! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit weg von der Stadt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub!
