Just returned from our 4-night stay and we couldn’t be happier! This place was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Jackie and Gareth were the most wonderful hosts—so kind and friendly—and their grandson Evan was such a lovely, polite young man. My children had the best time and truly loved this holiday. The flat is in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome we received was amazing, and Jackie even baked us a cake—it was honestly the best cake I’ve ever eaten! Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back! x

This place is perfectly located to the train station shops and take aways. The premises have everything you can think of for cooking , relaxing and entertaining. We love this place and is exceptionally run with so many extras that add to a great few days away . I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in fairbourne . We will be definitely coming again 👍 10/10

What a beautiful place to stay! We had a great 3 nights here with our dog and a few friends. Louise got in touch very promptly whenever I contacted her. The cottage is gorgeous and lots of care and attention had been given to the comfort of the guests. I fell in love with St Dogmaels!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Idris cabin! The cabins are cosy with a great view, the hot tub and bbq are good additions (just be aware the hot tub takes a while to warm up so needs patience!) and Barmouth is a cute town to walk into with a nice beach and some good cafes and restaurants - defo recommend the mermaid fish and chips. Drivable distance to Snowdon (50 minutes) which we hiked on our second day there. Amanda and Jeff were very pleasant hosts and happy to offer recommendations on the local area. Also massively helped in accepting luggage early to the B&B before check in time due to a mishap with an airline. I always think the mark of a short holiday stay is the question “would you stay there again?” And the answer would be definitely yes!

Such a wonderful cabin. A peaceful environment next to the river. We lit a fire and watched the stars all evening.

What a lovely house and just a short stroll down to the harbour. We’ve been to Aberaeron many times over the years but this is the first time we have stayed and so we got to explore a bit more and enjoy the restaurants. Helen’s house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great stay.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. Exactly the kind of detox we needed—peaceful, calming, and full of those zen vibes we’d been craving. The bathtub? Incredible. We used it all the time. Honestly, we’re not ready to leave and face reality just yet! Perfect for couples, and Louise (our lovely host) has such a beautiful style. The Lotus Belle tent, the cozy interiors, the garden, the honesty shop, shower —every little detail was just so our vibe. Already dreaming about our next visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed at. The hosts literally went above and beyond and thought of everything. the pictures do not do the place justice its the perfect haven to escape. really enjoyed the mornings on the egg chair over the stream reading and drinking the delish coffee from the machine and evenings in the biggest bath we have ever seen. this place has it all wish we could give more than 5 star xox
