The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Enjoy a peaceful retreat from the busy modern world in a 14th century farmhouse within Dartmoor National Park. Nattor Farm is perfect for children too and is located right out on the moors. Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. No TV but complete with wifi, books, games, well equipped kitchen, study, bathroom, two bedrooms, central heating and cosy sitting room with woodburner.

Situated in the ancient Dartmoor settlement of Hookner, Lower Hookner Farm nestles between the heights of King Tor and Easdon Tor in a secluded valley at the end of a quiet lane. The picturesque village of North Bovey is about 2 miles away. The farm has woodland, fields and streams offering a profusion of wild flowers and wild life, which visitors are welcome to explore. In addition our gates give you direct access to the open moor and the Mariners' way footpath runs through the farm.

A Victorian mid terraced house in Teignmouth, South Devon. Renovated to a high standard. A spacious accommodation which includes a living dining room. kitchen, separate utility room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Historical Heritage Listed Mill and smallholding

The property is part of an English Heritage Listed water mill that used to grind corn ,and this part used to be the Millers' home- the host lives next door in the converted mill.Sadly the water wheel long gone,but the mill pit survives and sympathetic renovations ensures the character of this unique and lovely ancient building remain.If you love quirky old buildings with antique furniture ,stone walls and beams- and friendly sheep,this is the place for you!-( 4 people max.)

The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.
