OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great place to stay, James is very easy to talk to and he responds very fast. Hot springs has lots family friendly things to do, the townhouse was cozy, peaceful, and very clean inside. Our family had a ton of fun playing board games puzzles we walked on the golf course trail, it was just a great wonderful relaxing visit. Can't wait to go back!

Home was just as described and host was very receptive. Allowed us to check in an hour early which we really appreciated as well as move our original dates due to inclement weather. Home was clean however there were a dirty sponge in sink and loofas in bathroom shower. These items probably should have been disposed of by cleaning crew prior to our check in. Would also benefit from extra blankets as one of our guest did get chilled at night plus side the AC worked fantastic. All in all we enjoyed our stay felt comfortable in the home and would consider staying here again.

A very beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. I loved staying there and anytime I go back to hot springs village I will be requesting to stay there again. Susan was awesome and answered the phone whenever I called. She was very helpful and kind. There is a nice private patio to enjoy the outside beauty. The parking spot is very convenient to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

This place was a perfect getaway for us. Felt right at home and nature. Peaceful and great. Definitely recommended for families looking for a peaceful vacation. Aimee also was very proactive in reaching out and sharing helpful directions and instructions

Bill and Alison have put a great deal of love and care into their cabin. The view from the front porch is gorgeous. They even put out some deer feed so that the beautiful deer would visit, which they did. There’s some nice bird watching on the porch also. We saw red-breasted grossbeak and indigo bunting! The place is quiet!! No streetlights either. The winding road up from downtown offers many opportunities to stop for a bike ride and hike. Everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Bill and Alison for your wonderful hospitality!

"Golf and Nature Lover's Paradise" - perfect name!! My husband and I along with another couple and their grown daughter just finished a stay. The guys were in a golf tournament and we chose this house to be near courses. The house is on Cortez golf course and the view is absolutely beautiful. It is situated on the 13th hole. We watched beautiful sunrises every morning and golf come to life. The house was perfect. It was clean, roomy and had so many amenities. Large TV's throughout the house (The Master's happened to be on)!! Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The backyard was wonderful with large table and sitting area with gas fire pit right on the course. Lights were strung from tree to tree, so cozy! It is located inside a gated community making you feel safe. Right outside gate were restaurants and grocery store. Recommend "The Home Plate" restaurant. Truly, a wonderful relaxing stay with amazing communication. STAY HERE if you are in the area!!!
