Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Cute basement bungalow in Hespeler Village. Short walk to the river, trails, and village pubs. Private basement apartment with separate entrance, gas fireplace, TV, wifi, minifridge, Kurig coffee machine, kettle, and private washroom. Minutes away from the 401. We live in the apartment upstairs and are happy to answer any questions but we give our guests space and privacy during their stay.

My place is close to the airport, public transport, parks, Bingemans, and Chicopee Ski Club . It is a five minute walk to the nearest grocery store. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The private entrance leads to a patio with chairs for maximum relaxation in spring, summer and fall. No pets allowed.
