A nice, spacious house decorated with lots of love. Large, charming rooms with lots of light, decorated with taste and nice details. It is located in the middle of a beautiful nature, set in a landscape of green meadows and yellow rapeseed fields. The owners are discreet, kind and generous people who will do their best to make you feel good in their accommodation. Behind the house there is a small terrace overlooking the meadow where you can sit and enjoy nature. And if you are really lucky, you can see roe deer in the meadows around the house. Everything exudes peace and quiet and is a great place to recharge your batteries. We recommend it to everyone who wants peace and tranquility.

Sehr gemütlich, wenn man nach Linz muss. Würde es definitiv empfehlen!

Beautiful appartement in the countryside and just 30 min drive to Linz. My son and I very much enjoyed staying at Gabriele's place, especially the quiet location, the lovely view out to the garden and that the appartement is sunny and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön, perfekte Lage, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr schön, tolle Aussicht; Parkplätze verfügbar. Wirklich alles top! Einzig die Stufen sind unglaublich gefährlich!! Unsere Kinder sind beide zweimal ausgerutscht weil es so rutschig ist. Sie sicherheit der stiegen sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt als Familie in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir die Lage und den süßen kleinen aber gemütlichen Balkon, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Unser Kind hat sich ebenfalls rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Es war alles wunderbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Besonders gut war der Kaffee 👍❤️😉. Monika ist sehr offen und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

Also wir waren nur eine Nacht dort damit mein Mann nicht so lange fahren muss aber wir waren begeistert die Kinder und der Hund haben den garten geliebt und wir waren alle enttäuscht das wir nur eine Nacht hatten. Also uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen klein gemütlich und toll eingerichtet.

Marion ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte braucht. Das Rauschen des benachbarten Baches war uns sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

Wir waren zu fünft über Ostern im Chalet 37 und haben uns dort super wohl in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche gefühlt. Das schöne Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit und bei schönstem Osterwetter gar nicht richtig würdigen. Dafür genossen wir den herrlichen Garten mit verschiedenen Bänken, Tischgruppen, Liegen und tollem Blick ins Gaflenztal. Das komplette Häuschen ist geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details und Deko eingerichtet. Einfach ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hausherr auch gleich noch einen Raum im Nebengebäude zum Einsperren unserer Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!!

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr herzlich und lieb eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für alle sechs Personen. Im Wohnzimmer ein feiner Schwedenofen, der es nochmal gemütlicher macht. Sehr gerne wieder:)

Die Unterkunft von Karl hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, die Lage ist super mit toller Terrasse und wunderschönem Ausblick, auch innen war alles top! Sein Bruder Erich war wahnsinnig nett und hat uns sogar selbstgemachten Apfelmost gebracht. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden- kommen sicher wieder

A really lovely comfortable apartment in a stunning town. It’s in the old town, easily walkable around the little town and to boat tours and to the station to catch the gondola up the hill to the mountain. Great with kids and good facilities to cook too. There were some issues with hot water but hosts were very helpful and communicative and created solutions. They had great local recommendations and brochures and maps in the apartment too, and some games for kids.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot
