We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster available for your convenience. Downtown Milford is a quaint and historic town. We have many restaurants and shops and a fantastic Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from May to October.

You are welcome to explore and enjoy our property. We are located 30 miles from Delaware beaches.
