Rob was a wonderful host and the Coasty Cabin was absolutely perfect for our annual best friend beach getaway! It takes a few minutes to walk to the ocean with miles of beach to explore or walk up to delicious coffee, donuts at LCDC, and sweet treats at My Petit Sweet. Make sure to eat the best French Toast in the world at the Wildflower Grill! The house was beyond warm and cozy, us and our dogs felt right at home immediately and always enjoyed resting there in front of the fireplace after long days of adventuring. The backyard is beautiful and fully fenced, which is a huge perk. This is the biggest city we've stayed at and it still felt peaceful and quiet the whole time. I'm just so happy we found this little piece of Heaven and can't wait to go back! Beautiful community, amazing food, and so many fun things to do nearby. this was our annual family trip. the home was great and had all the amenities as described. we loved the hot tub and sauna. the bedrooms we good size but the mattresses were not very comfortable. the living room furniture was just OK. overall we all had a great time.

This was a very comfortable house, large but not cluttered. It was a perfect place to have young children. Great location, and it had everything thing that we needed.

Our 2nd stay with four nights. We love the peacefulness of the ever changing bay. Lots of bird watching. Thanks for allowing pets Richard. The kitchen is always stocked. We love the King bed, comfy. We will be back.

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

The Red House was so beautiful. The home has wonderful character and the scenery surrounding it is breathtaking. Soaking in the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and Gull rock is a must! Super short walks to devils punch bowl, the aquatic gardens, nature trails, and near by restaurants. Morris is an amazing host and adds thoughtful touches throughout the home to enhance your experience. Hands down, our new favorite stay on the coast!

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Wonderful home and plenty of room for multiple families. The ocean view was amazing. The beach access trail is easily walkable from the home.

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The view was amazing; the apartment was clean and was conveniently located to the world's smallest harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

Beautiful view, excellent place! We loved the balcony and kitchen table for having a drink and a chat. Very thoughtful to have extra blankets to cozy up in to sit out on the balcony and watch the beach on a beautiful but windy evening! Comfy bed too, and great serviceable kitchen. Thank you!
