Licata : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Rosalba è un host perfetto, sempre disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni per il soggiorno! La casa è molto fresca, vicina al mare,completa di tutti i comfort e super adatta a famiglie con bambini. Rosalba ci ha anche fatto trovare tutta la biancheria e cambi per tutto il soggiorno! Donnalucata è un borgo delizioso, mare splendido e grazie alle sue spiagge immense riesce sempre a garantire lo spazio per trascorrere comodamente la giornata sul mare. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico presso il MSApartments a Marina di Ragusa, un angolo di tranquillità a pochi passi dal mare. L’host è stato davvero accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta: a due passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti, negozi e altre comodità, il che ci ha permesso di muoverci con facilità, anche a piedi. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo per chi cerca una base ideale per esplorare la zona!

L’appartamento è molto bello. Possiede una bella piscina in condivisione con altri due appartamenti. Perfetto in famiglia o tra amici. Angela e Giuseppe ci hanno accolto con molta cortesia e sono stati sempre gentilissimi. Abbiamo veramente passato un soggiorno eccellente. Speriamo di tornare.

So eine schöne Unterkunft und ein super Kontakt! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Sizilien werden wir uns auf jeden Fall nochmal melden. Grazie mille!

L'accueil d'Ally est vraiment chaleureux et agréable. Le logement est vaste joli et agréable. le balcon face a la mer nous a permis de petit déjeuner face à la mer ! le logement est bien placé, proche de la vallée des temples et proche de l'escalier des turcs.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und halt alles was man braucht als Familie. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto von der Wohnung aus. Walter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Charlie’s for a week and it was amazing. The place itself you could stay at without wanting to venture any further, with hammocks, fire pit, chickens, fields and a sauna. A really good place to chill. The place itself was very homely with everything that you needed? Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a log burner for those cooler evenings. The place itself is all located, 10 minutes from the beaches and close to Scicli and Ragusa Charlie, was a great host, giving some great recommendations and was really helpful I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thanks Charlie!

l'endroit est très agréable, au calme, dans un environnement très plaisant. Nous avons petit déjeuné dehors, sur notre terrasse privative et c'était chouette !

The holiday apartment was as described, clean and bright. It's in a kind of an apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the port area. The terrace is what I liked the most - great for eating outside/reading/relaxing/yoga. Dealing with Alessandro through phone messages was quick and easy and he was flexible on check-in and check-out times which we really appreciated. There is a coffee machine and a kettle but you need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. and shower gel too.

Netter individueller Empfang, Walter ist ein sehr höflicher, symphatischer und professioneller Gastgeber mit ordentlichen Englischkenntissen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet (das einzige was wir vermisst haben war eine Parmesanreibe, ein Skandal in einem italienischen Haushalt 😅), makellos sauber, schön groß und luftig. Der Blick ist toll und wie auf den Bildern gesehen, der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, aber äußerst steil. Doch es lohnt sich, der Strand ist hübsch und es war kaum was los. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett, manchmal lebhaft, doch meistens herrscht dort himmlische Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’alloggio su due livelli era davvero bello e ampio, una casa molto curata nei minimi particolari con uno stile moderno ma nel rispetto dello stile del posto. Ci è dispiaciuto poter stare solo una notte perché si tratta di una casa a tutti gli effetti , comoda per soggiorni anche più lunghi. Il nostro host è stato super presente, chiaro nelle istruzioni per il check in ma anche disponibile per consigli sulla zona . L’alloggio merita di essere apprezzato anche da futuri viaggiatori.

Thank you so much for hosting our family on our trip around Sicily! Great views and near the Valley of Temples which was a spectacular day! Place was very clean and we were given lots of recommendations of the area.

The host was very helpful and the apartment is in a great location for things to do. The beds are really comfortable, the water pressure, once you figure it out with Carmelos help is very good, and all instructions are on the AirBnb site. There are 3 things to note however. 1. ) If you have mobility issues please note that there are 55, yes 55 stairs from the entry up to the condo / bedrooms. 2.) Bring ear plugs as the Bedroom Balcony is only 30 meters from the church bell which rings at various times and the property is above the main street in the Centro Historico. 3.) Being that the unit is in the Centro Historico you will most likely need to park and walk for about 5-10 minutes depending on where you park. Due to items 1-3 bring a smaller luggage.

L’appartamento di Claudia e’ molto curato e finemente rinnovato. E’ fornito di tutto e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gentile omaggio di frutta e bevande ad attenderci. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’appartamento e’ in un villaggio molto tranquillo comodo per raggiungere i principali siti turistici come la Scala dei Turchi e la Valle Dei Templi. La cominicazione e’ stata perfetta e sia Claudia che la zia (che ci ha accolti al check in) ci hanno dato molti consigli utili e ‘must do’. Grazie mille e ci rivedremo sicuramente quando torneremo da quelle parti!

Ideal location away from the crowds to see Agrigento and other towns in the region. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a charming view over the sea and marina. The parking space is invaluable. The village has cafes but the supermarket is 5km away.

Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben organizzato. Zona molto tranquilla e posizione molto buona, vicina a tutte le località principali della zona (Donnalucata, Scicli, Modica). Host disponibile e discreto.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Very well equipped. Washing machine, stove, oven and lots of details, like beach chairs or a water jug to rinse your feet from the sand. Very nice. You can cook, bake and live comfortably there. Beautiful sunrises and the sea at your fingertips. Thank you for the nice gift and tips ;)
