We enjoyed our stay at Zia’s in Savannah. The home is historically cute and beautiful inside. The location for us was perfect. You’ll be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of the action in Savannah. Great spot!

The unit was clean, tidy, and stocked with all the amenities you'd need. The host really goes the extra mile with thoughtful touches like travel toothbrush sets and board games. Since it's right in the heart of the action, there is evening noise from partygoers on the street below—but honestly, being able to walk everywhere from the riverfront to the historic district more than made up for it. We'd definitely rebook this place if we visit Savannah again!

We agree with the numerous other five star reviews--Location is perfect. Apartment was clean and accurately described. Communication was terrific. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Savannah.

I totally loved this place....it was homily and so spacious. I will definitely revisit the town and Sid's place has a lot to do with it !!!!

Our stay was perfect! The house is a dream and looks exactly as expected. The courtyard seating is such a nice addition, we used the space quite a bit. It’s in a super walkable neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, squares, historical sites, a pharmacy, and tons more nearby. The hosts were responsive. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Sid’s place was beautiful and very well-kept. Having a truly private place on the roof deck to enjoy the sun made this Airbnb stand out! Close enough to everything without being on a busy street is another plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location 25 minutes from Tybee island. Clean rooms that share a bath, thankfully no one else was there during our stay so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Mini refrigerator in the room we stayed in. Both rooms have access to a deck but the back deck does not have seating. *Dog on premises in case anyone has allergies *

My husband and I stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend celebration in Savannah and it exceeded our expectations! Such an easy drive to downtown Savannah (12-15 min) and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Diane was very responsive and helpful with checking in and local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the wildlife on the property: beautiful peacocks, cute goats & sweet cats. I highly recommend this bnb for your next trip to Savannah! I would definitely come back.

This place was great. we stopped through during our travels north. The surrounding looked a little scary at first sight but never judge a book by its cover. The home was nice looked like several upgrades were made. My family and I were very comfortable. The host was amazing and responded in seconds to our questions.

We stayed here a month and it was very convenient and fun to walk everywhere. If you’re not used to walking so much you’ll definitely be walking miles if you decide not to drive anywhere. But it’s definitely doable. I walked downtown with my 2 toddlers multiple times — Forsyth is only a few blocks. It was so great to be able to walk with my kids and get to cafes and the park easily. All my messages were answered quickly! The rooms are very large and overall the space was larger than expected! So glad we chose this spot for 4 weeks!

This place was beautiful! Nice little get away for my girlfriend and I. Annette’s home is set on an amazing location! Good for romantic getaways! The room was spacious! Annette was a great host! Amazing conversationalist!
