A very cozy and beautiful cottage! It has a lovely, well-maintained garden with areas for barbecuing and walking around the yard. There’s even a dedicated activity room with games like ping-pong. The surroundings are quiet, and we even saw the Milky Way at night! Marketa and her team were incredibly friendly. Although the check-in staff didn’t speak German or English, they were attentive and responsible throughout. Highly recommended! I’d love to bring more friends next time to enjoy this wonderful place together.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko war der Verkehrslärm.

Skvělá komunikace s hostitelkou, přesné instrukce, bezproblémový bezkontaktní příjezd, výborná poloha, „doma“ vše jako na webu a ještě lepší, vše funkční, absolutní komfort a pohoda, skvělá komunikace i během pobytu, bezproblémový bezkontaktní odjezd — jen neradi jsme odjížděli. Co víc si člověk může přát!

Ich kann Lenka als Host gerne weiterempfehlen. vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

We stayed at Jan and Karina’s apartment over the Easter weekend while hiking in the Krkonoše mountains, and it was absolutely perfect for our group (two couples). The layout was ideal, with two private bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The highlight, though, was the stunning view of the mountains and the lake — sipping tea in the morning while soaking in that view was pure bliss. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, definitely above the average Airbnb. We felt right at home and found it super easy to cook meals in the mornings and evenings. There were lots of thoughtful, personal touches throughout, and communication with Jan and Karina was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this place more — a peaceful, beautiful base for exploring the area!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, ordentlich und gut geheizt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Es war alles prima und außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku, ubytování odpovídalo fotkám, vše bylo dokonale čisté. Vyzdvihnout musím i samotnou hostitelku, která vzhledem k našemu zdržení na nás počkala a zajistila tak hladký průběh ubytovacího procesu. Mohu jen doporučit!🌷

Martin is an easy host to communicate and his place is amazing with all the things you will need as if you were at your own place.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: tuż przy lesie, niedaleko tras biegówkowych, 20 minut piechotą do dworca. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo sympatyczny.Mieszkanie funkcjonalne i przestronne. Na pewno tu wrócę!

Ubytování naprosto splnilo naše očekávání. Hezké a klidné prostředí, čisté, dobrá lokalita, blízko do centra. Pokud někdy zase navštívíme Liberec, rády se s kamarádkami opět ubytujeme.

Během naší návštěvy Vrchlabí jsme měli to štěstí, že jsme byli ubytováni v tomto úžasném bytečku. Od prvního momentu nás prostředí bytu ohromilo svou útulností, čistotou a vkusným zařízením. Vše, co jsme mohli potřebovat pro pohodlný pobyt, bylo k dispozici a v perfektním stavu. Hostitelka Bára byla naprosto úžasná. Již od počátku komunikace byla velmi vstřícná, ochotná poradit nejen s otázkami týkajícími se bytu, ale i s tipy na výlety a restaurace v okolí. Její pohostinnost a pozornost k detailům nám udělaly pobyt ještě příjemnějším. Lokalita bytu je ideální pro každého, kdo chce prozkoumat krásy Krkonoš, ať už hledáte klidné procházky přírodou nebo adrenalinové sporty. Vše je od bytu snadno dostupné. Celkově nemůžeme být spokojenější s naším pobytem. Tento byt ve Vrchlabí a jeho hostitelka Bára nám poskytli nezapomenutelnou dovolenou a už teď se těšíme na to, až se sem budeme moci vrátit. Vřele doporučujeme toto ubytování každému, kdo hledá pohodlí.

Vše bylo v pořádku, na pěkném místě blízko centra, hezky vybavené. Doporučuji!

Ein ganz neues sehr großes und sehr schönes Appartement. Besser als die meisten Hotelzimmer! Die große Balkontür lässt sich zum Garten hin öffnen und man kann wunderbar in der Abendsonne draußen sitzen. Das Gebäude mit Restaurant liegt direkt am Oder-Neiße-Radweg und nur wenige Kilometer von Zittau entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sogar einschließen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

a simple but comfortable Appartement in a great Region where you can go hiking or skiing

Everything was near perfect. Only the wellness price of 16€ for 90 minutes per person seems a bit high. We did go anyway and it was very relaxing, but still. For one of our group it was too expensive and it created discussion that you don't want in your holiday.

Tento pobyt byl opravdu výjimečný. Klidné a příjemné prostředí k relaxaci, spousty míst k výletům s i možností výpůjční kol. Co se týče přímo ubytování,.. nemám co bych vytknul, koupací sud, sauna, možnost grilování - super! Projektor na příjemně strávené večery, ideální pro romantický a záživný pobyt. Určitě se rádi vrátíme a prožijeme si zde stejnou pohodu jako teď.

Skvělá domluva s hostitelkou, vše tak jak mělo být, hezké prostředí, byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Die sehr große FeWo liegt genau in Harrachov und ist ideal für einen Skiurlaub!!! Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, vor Ort sind viele Ausleihstationen für Equipment und trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig und friedlich. Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer mit Tischen stört die kleine Küche überhaupt nicht, denn sie hat alles, was gebraucht wird. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und ruhig und lassen allen Freiraum. Wir waren mit 3 Tennagertöchtern und sind dankbar für die schöne Erfahrung.

Pavel is a gracious and welcoming host. I had (or rather G**gle maps did) trouble getting to the place. He drove out on his scooter to meet me and led the way. The accommodations were amazing. The view from the balcony, overlooking a green area, with sun all day long, was mesmerizing. The apartment itself was spotless, with the living room kept in a warm, and welcoming rustic style. There was an option of outdoor car parking (free) and a garage. There was a grocery store 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot (up and down the hill, mind you) open 7am-7pm. Lots of hiking trails available all around. I enjoyed the stay very much.
