The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar.

Hells Gate is a beautiful place for a walk, hike, bike, boasting many trails to hike. One block down is Dutch Bro's and Hot Shots!

Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer downstairs, a/c and heat, keypad entry. You will have access to entire place besides the downstairs supply closet under the stairs. Patio has a dining table and seating area.

Why drive through town when you can take the scenic route along the river and end up at our quaint little home with the big view! Expansive parking so bring your friends, boat, ATV or RV.

This condo is in a residential neighborhood that has both rented and owner occupied units.
