We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Great location - try the Rifle Volunteers (pub up the road) fantastic for real ale - great atmosphere too. The bathroom was well decorated - great bath, great shower - lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and very comfortable lounge with a big television and all the channels ! Lovely private outside space too - it was nice to sit in the sunshine with a cup of coffee. 10 minute walk to Maidstone Centre - lots of shops, two major shopping centres (that we found) and a retail park across the river ! Oh and the parking permit was extremely useful - thank you

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

I would highly recommend this beautiful annex. It’s situated just a stone throw from the beach. David was very helpful, kind and informative of the area. We had such a fabulous time with lovely walks on the beach with our little Waffle the dog. It was exactly what we needed nice and chilled with the weather on our side. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Natalie hatte einen Grundstock an Kaffee und Milch bereitgestellt. Das war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Und zum Meer sind es maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung auch nicht laut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben den Wagen deshalb im Parkhaus in der Norton Road geparkt. Das war sind immerhin gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss und es ist auch nicht billig. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die PayByPhone-App. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
