Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! Comfortable queen bed, cozy sofa, 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, and great local restaurants/bars.

West of the 101– Located in the heart of Leucadia in Encinitas this charming bungalow provides convenience and privacy with patio and yard space. It's a short walk to Beacons for a morning surf session. Spend the rest of the day grabbing a coffee with the locals at Coffee Coffee or a taco at the Taco Stand down the road. This bungalow is walking distance to it all while still being a private oasis. The house itself has a BBQ, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower to fully enjoy the socal vibes.

Your safety and comfort is my priority! All surfaces are disinfected between stays. Heart of Leucadia: bungalow with unique personality, high ceiling, extra large windows face into the garden. Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.

Agave Cottage

This charming little cottage has lots of natural light and garden views in the front pathway and backyard. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
