We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mustafa’s place in Cunda Island. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to the center of Cunda. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back next time we visit the island. Thank you, Mr. Mustafa, for your hospitality and making our trip so special!

Binaya bir mimar eli değidiği çok belliydi. Her detayı etkileyici idi. Kiralama için değil, yaşamak için yapılmış bir ev, o yüzden şişirilmiş birşey yok. Evdeki antika eşyalar, veranda, bahçe detayları kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Gavathas adanın diğer yerlerine göre biraz sapa kalıyor, köyde market benzeri şeyler yok. Evden denize 200mt kadar toprak yoldan yürümek gerekiyor. Deniz diğer sahillere göre biraz dalgalı ve sığ. Kum olduğu için rengi kahverengi ama temiz.

90 Gün konakladık. Ailecek muhteşem bir yaz geçirdik. Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik huzur doluydu. Denize yakın olması büyük avantaj. Bahçesi, Balkonu, Terası vakit geçirmek için çok elverişliydi. Mangalımızı yaktık yedik içtik eğlendik. Arkadaşlarımız dostlarımız geldi gitti kalabalık olduğumuz günlerde bile banyo, oda ve yatak kapasitesi sayesinde hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Alper Bey ve Ailesine ilgi alaka ve sundukları hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkese hiç düşünmeden tavsiye ederim.

Babakale'de konaklayabileceğiniz en iyi airbnb! Gün doğumunu ve gün batımını bu evde izledikten sonra başka bir yer aramayacaksınız. Alabildiğine açık deniz, karşınızda Midilli ve açık bir gökyüzü.. Huzur tatili arayanlar için harika bir nokta diyebilirim. Çevrede hiçbir gürültü kaynağı yok ve ev doğanın içinde konumlanmış. Meltem hanım oldukça kibar şekilde hem öncesinde hem de konaklamamız sırasında bizi bilgilendirdi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Kesinlikle yeniden gelmek isteriz 💫💐

We stayed at Stratis’ beautiful house in Agios Isidoros, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is stunning, and the neighbors, Our neighbors, Aris and his wife Triantafylia, are wonderful people who helped and guided us throughout our stay. Aris even let us pick fresh vegetables from his garden. Their dogs, Menios and Babinu, are incredibly friendly—I was almost tempted to take Babinu home with me! The house was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed. It’s just a 9-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a nearby mini-market. We enjoyed dinner at the tavernas in Plomari almost every night, but it was also great to have the option to cook at home. One of the unique features of the house is the pool, which allowed us to relax anytime during the day. I was tempted not to share all these details to keep this place a secret, but that would be unfair to our kind host. We’ll definitely be back next year!

We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

We came to stay here for a short trip to Lesbos. Stratis and Maria were amazing hosts. Very helpful and kind. Helped us arrange a rental car for us, so that we would have a car once we arrived. Maria had some snacks for us, so that we had something to eat after the late areival. They also helped us get a luggage from the store on our last night. Their place is dreamy and so peaceful. Morning was woken up to the sound of the ocean waves and the sunrise. Instructions were clear for self check in. Cannot wait to come back again, next time longer time! Thank you again for making our stay so amazing!

Sehr freundliche,nett und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Blick vom Balkon und Terrasse unvergesslich. Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Sehr sauberer schöner Pool.Der Strand war sehr sauber und leer. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für die, die auf der Insel Urlaub machen wollen weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Fantastische plek, echt een paradijs!!! Heerlijke kamer met zeer goede bedden uitgebreide keuken, goede airco en natuurlijke ventilatie!!! Een echte aanrader!!! Mooi zwembad en tuin, erg aardig personeel en zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk. Een volgende keer zou ik weer hier gaan zitten, zo prachtig en relax, echt een super verblijf!!!

Sessiz, sakin bir yerde hem çalışıp, hem de kafa dinleyerek tatil yapmak için tercih ettik. Villa çok geniş ve konforlu olduğu için dört kişi rahat rahat çalışabildik. Temizlik ve düzenin yanında, meyve ağaçları, domates biber ekilmiş güzel bir bahçe, deniz kestanesi, denizanası olmayan harika bir denizde eklenince, Berke Bey ve ailesinin ikramları, misafirperverliğiyle de güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Herşey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Umarım en kısa zamanda yine görüşürüz.

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

The house is quite big and comfy at the same time. We were really comfortable there as a big group. Electrical appliences in the house were so useful and there was everything we needed. Also everything was so clean and well-organised. Owner was so kind and checked on us regularly to see if everything was okay or not. The beach is 2 minutes away by walking and was amazing too. I definitely suggest the place to anyone who is looking for a nice place in Plomari. PS: Thanks for the free ouzo! :)

Flot bolig med god beliggenhed i forhold til strand, hvortil der også er udsigt fra den store overdækkede terrasse. Rent og pænt med fint køkken og badeværelse. Dejligt med insektet for vinduerne. Sød og hjælpsom vært. Kommer gerne igen 🙂

Stratis's place is an oasis of calm, rest & beauty. We loved it. The terraces & gardens were especially lovely & the beautiful beach with clean clear blue water especially tempting. We arrived on Easter Sunday & Stratis had arranged for his friend Panos to do some shopping for us, so we had the necessities. Panos's colleague Dimitra was very helpful & responsive when we needed her assistance with a small plumbing issue. The refrigerator may need some attention. Overall we loved this place & would love to come back.

3-4 Yıldızlı otel kalitesinde ev ortamı, yeni ve modern eşyalar (fotoğraflarda ve açıklamalarda olmayan salonda klima), temiz ve hijyenik, sesiz ve huzurlu, güleryüzlü ve samimi ev sahibi. Egenin serin suyu, Akliman' ın beyaz kumlu plajı, yakın çevrede gezilebilecek tarihi mekanlar. Bizim için buzdolabının küçük olması ve dışarıda yemek yenecek yerlerin sınırlı olması dışında ilk defa bu konsept yaptığımız tatil çok güzeldi. Teras Köşk restoranında balık, kalamar ve Gül Hanımın mezelerinden yemenizi de tavsiye ederim. Gül Hanım ve Mert Bey' e bu güzel deneyimi bize yaşattıkları için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Evin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde. Ayvalıkta hiç arabayla bir yere gitme ihtiyacı duymadık. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Bütün temel ihtiyaçlar fazlasıyla vardı. Temizliği konusunda herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Kalacak olanlara iyi tatiller şimdiden:)
