Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

The "Love Shack" is a cozy, tiny guest house located in the heart of McKinney’s historic district. Our tiny house is a short, 5 minute or less walk to McKinney’s downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more.
