We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). (Not near the fires/No smoke here!) In the center of Malibu, with sweeping views of the ocean, the Santa Monica Mountains, Pt Dume, and L.A. A 5 min drive down a breathtaking canyon road to a popular beach and secret surf spot. The tiny home/RV has a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, bedroom with twin bed and loft with a queen bed (low ceiling so you have to crawl in.) Outdoor sitting area. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.
