You can take the bus right outside the front door, which will get you to the city in about fifteen to twenty minutes. If you have a car it is only a short drive to Hobart CBD, Salamanca and MONA. A café, news agency, chemist, petrol station and corner stores are all close by. Free Wi-Fi is available.

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

New Town Gem - Entire Apartment Quiet & Convenient

Fully self contained, 2 bedroom unit with free off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking stunning heritage listed trees. A 5 minute walk to the New Town shopping centre with all conveniences. Bus stop to/from city around the corner. Comfortable, well equipped unit with TV, modern bathroom, heat pump, full kitchen with eat in dining area & WiFi. Unit is on ground floor of house. One bedroom has a queen size bed.
