One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The apartment was absolutely stunning and liked even better in real life. Amazing location and great pool. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place !!! You will absolutely love it. The host was responsive and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. I would 100% recommend this place and will be booking again for my next stay

My stay at Winnie's is a memorable one. A very lovely place, everything was in place as she described it. Initially there was a little hiccup (Water issue) but it was quickly resolved by her. I must confess she's a proactive person. The manager on ground to was excellent, attending to my everyday needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll DEFINITELY BE BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP

what I and my fiancee totally enjoyed the most aside the beautiful well managed apartment is how our host okey took extra steps to make us feel at home even offered to help drive me to the grocery store when I arrived to help me settle in. our stay was greatly enjoyed, highly recommend ⭐5+

Dipo's place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in super easy and the whole stay stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great spots to eat and explore nearby. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, top-notch stay.

Home away from home This place is top notch and quality. I felt like I was home. A serene location within the chaos of Lagos. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The property manager/host was responsive to any concerns raised (to be honest there were no concerns, more like questions). Cleaning services twice a week and location is quite secure. This is my favorite place I have stayed so far visiting Lagos. I definitely will be booking it again for my next visit. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

Komboye was a great host, very friendly and helpful with anything needed. Good safe location, I would recommend.

Overall we had a good start at Olushola's place. He was very responsive and on top of everything, he also provided complementary drinks and wine. We did have a number of issues while we were there but he stepped up to resolve them as soon as possible. It was easy to get in an out of the estate as they operated a "code system" which was sent to us daily without fail. The apartment is also within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is also worth noting a couple of cons: 1. the washing machine is semi-automatic 2. the building's gym is open (quite warm) and some of the machines e.g. treadmill do not work

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times and it’s my go-to whenever I’m in Lagos, especially with plans on the island. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, bars, and attractions in Ikoyi, VI, and Lekki. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with great views of VI from the balcony. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Even when I wasn’t staying here once, they let me use the WiFi, which was very accommodating. Security at the gate is attentive. The only minor issue is water leaking under the shower door, but a towel on the floor fixes it. The area is walkable if you’re street-smart, though some people may ask for money, which is common in Lagos. Otherwise, Uber/Bolt is reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend staying here—always a solid choice for me.

My stay in Ehis’s place was phenomenal. Despite some minor challenges, Ehis was still flexible which ensured for peace of mind in my stay. He assisted to arranging an airport transfer which also facilitated ease in getting to the location and checked in. The place itself is spacious, clean, and in a great location for food, community, and attractions. Security and amenities were also great. I had minor issues with pro activity, response times, lighting being out, and some appliances not working but did not greatly impact my stay. I also would’ve appreciated some information related to the area such as gate closures etc, and any restrictions in the area which weren’t included in the listing. All in all, this was a great stay in a perfect location, and Ehis was great as well. I would definitely rebook if available and accepted.

Just as described….it was worth the money

Apartment is very spacious and looked mostly like the pictures. There were some issues with electricity and the gen in the complex that weee out of Oluwadamilare’s control but he was always very responsive and went out of his way to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. He was also very flexible with early check in and late check out. The complex was very secure and security was very vigilant in regards to who they allowed into the complex. All in all a very enjoyable stay

This was better than any hotel option for our business trip in Lagos. Its location was perfect, on VI and 10mn drive from all the main hotels and events The service felt like a hotel : room service from the restaurant in the building, reception manned at every hour, ...

great place

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything is perfect except the water, but I guess that is a major issue in Lekki

Olumide is a hospitable and communicative host. Light was steady and internet was fast. Would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay on a budget
