Süße, kleine FeWo am Stadtrand von Leipzig. Die Einrichtung entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte einen persönlichen Touch, aufgrund der farblichen Abstimmung der gesamten Wohneinheit, es ist gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gut hat uns die kleine, nicht einsehbare Terasse gefallen. Die ausführlichen Hinweise, die Kommunikikation und Anmerkungen im Vorfeld, waren sehr hilfreich. Der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos. Wir können die Senfbude vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super; schnelle Antworten und reibungsloser Kontakt; Wir sind erst später angekommen, was aber kein Problem war, da der Check-In sehr gut und ausführlich beschrieben wurde; die Gegend ist jetzt keine Flaniermeile, aber uns hat es gut gefallen; auf den Straßen war noch viel los, dank des schönen Wetters; Die Wohnung war tiptop .. sehr groß und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht; Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen bei einem erneuten Besuch wieder zu buchen;

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem für diejenigen, die in der Unterkunft kochen möchten. Es gab Gewürze, Öl, Hygieneartikel, Kaffee inkl. Kaffeefilter, usw. Es gibt einen Privatparkplatz im Hof. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In fußläufiger Entfernung (5-15 Minuten) findet man diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Rossmann) und die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und äußert freundlich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief einwandfrei, der Check-In läuft über eine Schlüsselbox und ist somit jederzeit möglich. Wir haben sogar noch ein kleines 'Upgrade' bekommen und hatten ein zweites Badezimmer in der Unterkunft.

Check in war durch die vorhandene Ausstattung sehr einfach, alle nötigen infos habe ich vor ab ohne zu fragen bekommen. Umgebung war nett und gut öffentlich zu erreichen.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Brera apartments. Very clear communication from the host, very easy self check-in, and a very clean and cozy room. While the location is central, it was also very loud because of some downstairs bars (at least the night that I stayed). My only critique concerns the laundry which was a poor experience. I couldn’t locate any signage so I wandered until I found the machines. To use the machines, you must download and register with an app. You must also purchase your own detergent (I’ve never seen or found “single-use” detergent, which means you purchase far more than you need). The machines have no instructions, so good luck with using them. Maybe worst of all, the dryer could never get my clothes fully dry, despite repeated cycles and a full cleaning of the lint trap. I suspect I should have just used the most lengthy cycle, but again: no instructions. Overall, I’d recommend staying here, just be warned about the laundry experience.

The apartment is quite spacious and beautiful and has a nice terrace, however, it is shared with other travellers. It was a bit hard to check in as the company uses a bit different system from what I got used to (code for the front door and then a chip card generated with a QR code). The location was great. The Host also agreed to change the date of my trip, thank you for your flexibility!

The apartment is modern, great cleaning, offering the experience of a 4-5 starts hotel, very well located, right in the heart of Leipzig, 3-5 minutes walking to Markt or St Thomas cathedral. The checkin is made with the help of an app or the checkin machine right at the entrance

Super coole, zentrale Apartments. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, Hbf, diversen Cafés, Bars und Clubs. Gerne wieder!
