Legazpi City : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

This is a good place to stay for group traveleres. In our case it served the purpose for our groyo when 4 children participated in regional Palarong Bicol. The owner was one text away already to address out needs.

Very close to tourist destinations we wanted to visit. The view of Mayon is awesome too! Easy check-in and check-out.

A peaceful place , clean, and affordable and a very responsive host. Place has a beautiful viewing dect for Mayon Volcano. All of us were happy to watch the perfect cone of Mayon volcano.

My mom and her friends had a great stay in Legazpi City. Thanks to Casa Porfiria. Host is very responsive with our queries. We appreciate your kind gesture during the stay. The only feedback from my mom and her friends were the aircon, it is not really cold so they have to switch on the fan to help with the cold air circulation in the room. Overall, the house is clean, really worth it for the price, and peaceful. If we are to visit Bicol again, we will definitely book this place again. Thank you once again.

I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

We loved our stay here, the place is so quiet and peaceful. The view is captivating. We were able to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the board games and the pool. The caretaker is accommodating as well, she’s always responsive whenever we need something.

The place was beautiful! It was a quiet respite and very private and that was just what we were looking for as we had a few family events during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating regarding the special requests we’ve had to ask. The resident caretaker - Ms. Felisa and Mr. Barry were awesome! Felisa was an amazing cook! We just had to let her know how we want all the fresh produce, seafood and others local products done and she would turn them into masterful culinary creations. For a nominal fee, nothing was too much for her. I’ve been to almost 90 countries and this was the 2nd time I’ve booked accommodations via Airbnb and this place was something special. Do not expect Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton or Aman amenities or ambiance but the place has everything a family would need to have a memorable stay. Will totally go back and book this place over and over again.

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! The place was very spacious and peaceful. A parking space was provided and it is at the center of the city making it a prime location.

Galing kami sa super nakakapagod na long drive tapos inabutan pa ng ulan, pero pagdating namin sa place—instant comfort agad. Ang linis at ang laki pala ng space, hindi halata sa photos! Kahit madami kami, malamig pa rin ang aircon, super comfy talaga. Thank you din sa mabilis na pag-accommodate ng request namin for extra pillow, naappreciate namin yon. overall, super sulit and highly recommended ang stay! Til our next booking. 😊

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place has a lot of good things going for it. What we liked: The air conditioning works really well and keeps the whole space cool, even the living and dining areas. The kitchen is in a separate area, which is great because it keeps cooking smells away from the rest of the place. The fridge works great — it keeps things cold and freezes stuff easily. The warm lights made the space feel cozy and relaxing. What could be better: The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. There were too many repeated messages, and it was hard to find the important info like the entry code and Wi-Fi details. I almost missed them because they were mixed in with a lot of other messages. The Wi-Fi was a big issue for us. The signal didn’t reach the bedroom, and there’s no mobile signal inside either. Since I was working during the trip, this was a real problem. The Wi-Fi also kept disconnecting, and I had to restart both my phone and the router just to reconnect. I

We stayed at Rey’s place with my friend for three days and ended up booking an additional night before our flight back. The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a calm neighbourhood. Rey was super friendly and answered quickly - he even left us some flowers to enjoy :). He also pre-warned us about low water pressure temporarily affecting the area before confirming the booking. It did not end up being a problem at all, but I definitely appreciate such transparency! The place had a good A/C ensuring cool nights, and convenient location for daytime activities. Check-in was easy with a key locker box. Overall, very good value and can recommend for anyone!

The room is located at ground floor, and it is easy access especially with our senior parents. Room is clean with complete kitchen materials. The beds are comfortable, linens are clean with complete bath towel and blankets. The place is located in the city where you can easily access nearby attractions and stores. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely comeback.

A big thank you to Miss Hyasmin and the entire team for being so accommodating and helpful, especially during the unexpected blackout. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Five stars for this amazing team!
