Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for our friend's wedding. We wanted to book an entire apartment or house for ourselves but it was super hard to find one that fits our budget. Riena's place was absolutely perfect for us. It's a decently sized house. It has all the furnitures and appliances we needed and more. And it's super affordable too! It was the best accomodation we could find in Daraga and Legazpi and I'm glad it was available on our trip. The host was also super responsive. They would always respond immediately even when I messaged around midnight. The instructions and directions were also very clear and detailed. It made it super easy for us to find the house even when we used public transport. It's a peaceful location but also close and accessible enough to get to the fun places. We loved staying there. It was super worth it.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal—safe and peaceful during the night. We booked the place as safe haven during the onslaught of a typhoon, and we had a goodnight sleep even with the strong wind and rain outside. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Whether you're traveling for business, or leisure, this Airbnb is a fantastic choice!

Freitz was a wonderful host and the place was awesome. Our group of 6 slept comfortably. It came well equipped with everything we needed included lots of cookware and dining dishes. It was a great escape from the city and you can even see Mayon while walking to the property. The area is full of nature so I'd just advise to future guests that you will most likely encounter ants. They are just part of nature. However, they were not intrusive to our sleeping or bath areas. If ever I come back to Daraga or the south part of Mayon volcano, I'd definitely stay again!

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

This place is very clean and very good... The place is super safe with guards and the neighbors are so helpful and so quiet... And the host is so helpful... We go back to this place.... 10/10 for me.... Thnx for a wonderful stay we have... See you next year.....
