Alison was an amazing host, she was so flexible and kept us up to date through out our stay. Was so clean and you can see the sea from the front window.

Absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy. Lots of extra bedding, blankets and sheets. The caravan smelt so lovely and was very well equipt with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed!! There were 2 adults and 6 children and we had lots of space! Diane was a great host and we cant wait to stay again!

Jack's place was absolutely ideal for what I needed. space for the dog to be left when it wasn't possible to take him with me. I will definitely book again in the near future. It could just be doing with a better clean and the stuff left in cupboards is a bit lax, but other than that very comfy bed, and definitely served it's purpose!!

Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Great host, responsive and gave great recommendations. Very close to all local amenities. Would highly recommend

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Great place to stay - it must, be we've stayed twice now! Emilee is a fantastic host and the house is lovely and nice and quiet yet really convenient.

We had a lovely time, it's a quiet park and we really got the chill time we needed 💜 Jenny was fab and the caravan is perfect with everything you could ever need xx We will be back if we stay up that way again for sure..thanks for having us 💜

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

a beautiful caravan, giving us a comfortable 2 night stay. The location is remote, perfect for peaceful coastal walks and a day trip into Morcambe. Just what the doctor ordered. The caravan was well equipped with cleaning products, toilet rolls, towels, games, blankets etc they even had hot water bottles! we had all that we needed for a great stay and would definitely book again. Thank you 😊

Zaneta’s caravan was lovely, warm, clean and comfortable, it had everything that you would need apart from towels, which is a bit of a pain for some people. Zaneta was really nice to talk to and very considerate, a lovely host. Unfortunately when we visited there had been a fire at the main holiday park complex, so non of the facilities were available including WiFi or tv in the caravan, I’d check to see if they are open again before visiting.

Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Had a great stay in a cosy and comfortable flat with a sea view. Well appointed flat and clean with everything you'll need. Easy off-street parking onsite. Chris is a good communicator and very helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotless, beautiful decor, beds were really comfortable. Excellent communication with Nihal and such lovely special touches made our stay perfect. The apartment is so convenient to the train station and bus stop and in such a lovely location close to cafes and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this apartment

Dale and Rachels place was in a perfect setting, right in the centre of lytham, parking right outside the door, easy access to get in, lots of stairs to take, not ideal for the very elderly or infirm, the apartment is very modern, clean and airy with lovely living space, kitchen , the bedrooms are of a good size, and also one with an ensuite, all tastefully decorated. plenty of wardrobe space too.

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

Lovely apartment on the top floor, situated in a quiet street, but easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s a great base with everything you need, one of the previous reviews says it does what’s on the tin, and I 100% agree. Fabulous bed, very comfy with great facilities. If I had to throw a negative in the walls have been touched up with a different coloured paint which was a shame, however that doesn’t stop you having a great time. Hosts were friendly and informative.

Well, the flat is just stunning. It is beautifully decorated and furnished.. makes great use of the space and was spotless. We had such a lovely break, some much needed family time. Right by the sea, lots of little shops, small supermarkets, pub and a takeaway or two all within walking distance. Perfect spot
