Beautiful home with comfortable beds & couches. Lots of space to enjoy family and relax. Decorated beautifully with plenty of towels, blankets, cooking utensils etc for you to feel right at home! Layne was also a great host & responded quickly to any & all questions & concerns.

This place is amazing and we definitely want to come back. Jay was very hospitable and responsive. As others mentioned in their reviews, the professional kitchen in the common area really is great. We came down to Pine Valley with a big group for a float trip. Its was a huge relief that this property had everything we needed and more so we could just focus on spending time with each other. Oh, and we found a full size cornhole game with sandbags we played with too. Fun.

We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

Host was quick to fix a problem with the water quality (turns out they don't rent out over the winter, so the hot water tank just needed to be run longer, nothing affecting safety but tasted bad). Conveniently, the trailer electric spots are separate from the main driveway loop so you never need to back trailers up. I didn't find anything wrong enough to take a star away, just a couple of tiny details that keep me from totally raving about the place as "best ever." The use of an actual key instead of a keypad lock seems anachronistic in the Airbnb world. I'm weirded out when bathrooms don't have bath mats outside the shower, but hey, it isn't my floor getting wet. If you're bringing a large group, this rental is nominally good for 30 people, but there weren't 30 plates in the cupboard and the largest fry/saute pan was only 8 inches--they may throw more plates in there if you're showing up with a full house but we didn't need them.

I’m glad we stayed at one of Linda’s cabins. She’s an excellent host! We originally rented side A, but I realized after booking that it didn’t have a kitchen, and we planned on cooking most of the 5 nights we were there. She so graciously switched us to side B! The farm is SO beautiful, and thankfully the rain cleared away long enough for my daughter and I to walk one of the trails — even though we had to work around some giant puddles. 😆 It’s seriously so gorgeous! This particular listing is a cabin with 2 sides rented out, and the walls are PAPER thin, so just be aware of that! Definitely no fault to the host, but we could hear a lot of movement next door. I’m sure they could hear us too, though we tried hard to keep our 4-year old contained while indoors. Haha! THANK YOU, Linda! We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and dryer. Personally, we would choose a single cabin next time, just for a little more space and less stress about our daughter’s crazy activeness. 🤭
