Awesome place very relaxing !

We were in town for the Men’s Basketball Final Four and this place was in a good location to walk to the events and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully she will add some mirrors to the bedroom near outlets as there is no electric outlet in bathroom for hairdryer etc. as it is an older building. Bring your own shampoos and soaps for shower. Beds were comfortable and it is quite spacious. Nice neighborhood for walking and short walk to the Botanical Garden. If you like Thai food, go to Tong's Thai restaurant about 5 minutes away.

Wonderful place to stay. So easy to get around. Easy walking distance to The Pearl and a beautiful walk to the city. We had no car but buses run from the end of the street and are easy to use. Ubers are plentiful! The neighbours are quite and friendly and the neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely adored this space! It’s in an old hotel right in the middle of the River Walk area. It’s the kind of “old” that feels historic and fancy vs. just old. It was so cool to get a glimpse of the past, the beautiful high ceilings and gorgeous windows- while being surrounded by modern day comforts and beautiful decor. Immediately upon entering I knew I would love this place, it smells nice, there was soft jazz playing on the tv- and it has a gorgeous view of the city. Our host has thought of everything- our first morning it was pouring down rain, and sure enough- there were 3 umbrellas waiting by the door. There was an iron and full size ironing board, I noticed a basket of toys in the closet, safety pins under the bathroom sink- it was so nice to see all those thoughtful details. The location couldn’t have been better, we walked to the grocery store, the Alamo, the mall. It was right in the middle. I can’t recommend it enough! We hung out on the shared patio- it’s awesome!

If you're looking for a reasonably priced place w/ included parking and within walking distance of the Pearl & the River Walk, this is it. An added bonus: no noisy car/motorcycle parades or loud bar music during the late hours. There were low-pitched train whistles from time to time-which was actually quite soothing for us. Other units were above and beside us, but we didn't notice much activity so it felt very private. Lovely to return to this haven after a busy day around town. A/C unit and fans worked well to cool the place down quickly. We didn't mind tidying up at the end of our stay in return for a low cleaning fee-it didn't take long at all. Host responded quickly to messages and kindly allowed an earlier check-in.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, especially the bathrooms, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location was ideal—just minutes from downtown and close to other local attractions. Inside, the home was beautifully decorated, and we were especially impressed by the stunning artwork throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals for our group of five adults and one child. While the pool was a bit chilly, the warm weather made it a refreshing way to cool off. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ernie’s place for a quick trip down to San Antonio for a concert. The place was absolutely perfect us! Plenty of room, cute little yard with a fire pit, and very clean. Great proximity to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Casa molto grande, curata e attrezzata di ogni cosa. Cucina fornita di tanti elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Non mancava davvero nulla. Spazio esterno bellissimo, con una meravigliosa piscina riscaldata e illuminata di sera. Un angolo di relax unico. Zona residenziale molto bella, verde, curata e tranquilla, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Vari ristoranti e supermercati nei paraggi, a pochi minuti di macchina. Ogni attrazione di San Antonio è facilmente raggiungibile. Io ho apprezzato molto di poter essere in pochi minuti in campagna, nel cuore delle Hill country

The house was beautiful, the furniture was super comfortable, the kitchen was extremely nice ( I wish mine was like that). We enjoyed our stay and we had a great time.

We chose this place because it was so close to Sea World where we spent the entire first day. We then spent the next day in downtown SA which was also a short distance. Our stay was comfortable, and the space was clean, and affordable. We will be sure to visit again when we are in the area.

Had a very nice stay in Juan’s place and he was super responsive and a great host. We would most definitely stay here again.

My stay was excellent! Katelyn and David were very responsive and kind towards any questions I had making this experience better! We had no issues whatsoever and could easily walk to the condo with our extra car parked in the front of the community. Overall, our stay was a great place to relax with family.

This place was very convenient for our stay there’s many things to do around this location. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. I have no complaints about this place it was very spacious for my family of 5. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here!

Rachel’s place was absolutely wonderful. Exactly as described and very cute interior decor. The only small thing I would change is the curtains dont fully cover windows for privacy but that is a minor detail of personal preference. Loved our stay, quiet neighbors, and right off main street!!!! We will be back!

great venue, litterally a walks away from a great spot of the river, pool was always cool and the rooms were all comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay. We've stayed in a lot of places in Fredericksburg over the years, but this is easily one of our favorites! It was very clean, comfortable (both bed and hammock), and in a great location with quick access to town and wineries!

The apartment was nice and very clean upon arrival. The location couldn't be better! Our only complaints were how uncomfortable we thought the bed and couch were. These are personal preferences, so I did not think it was anything I'd use to rate the overall experience here. The bed is really firm and the couch was just overall uncomfortable to sit or lay on.

We were very pleased with Mark's condo. It was close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and decorated with the utmost care. We would definitely stay here again.

Rachel was super sweet and very responsive when it came to anything. The place was absolutely beautiful, super relaxing and felt at home. Rachel knew what it meant to coming “home” after a long day of drinking and slipping into comfy sheets. Because the sheets and the mattress was just right that I had no trouble falling asleep.
