We loved the location - easily walkable to everything on Market Street. The home was beautiful and true to the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

Very Peaceful neighborhood Pauls house is very close to the water end of the road with nearly no traffic when we were there. neighborhood is extremely walkable loved having the porch, large gas grill and hot tub next to the home with view of the bay. All 3 rooms had large comfortable beds. house was clean. well kept. There is a retail center about 2. 5 miles away with a GIant" Grocery store and a few doors down a quality wine and spirit shop. My family loved the city of Annapolis and Very Happy we chose to stay at Pauls home.

Andy & Rachel were great hosts! They greeted us upon arrival and were welcoming and informative. The property is absolutely stunning!! Had a wonderful sunset after the storm passed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, private place to getaway!!

Beth & Ben were excellent hosts! They were always attentive, responsive, caring and very friendly. If I ever need to stay in the Arnold/Annapolis area again, I will definitely check to see if their place is available first. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa’s place. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. She has thought of every possible thing you could need while there. The views were absolutely magnificent and while the beach area is available to the public, it felt super private. My daughters and I plan to come here every year. I had to peel them away from the bay. Melissa, thank you for accommodating us. This was a weekend my girls and I desperate needed and your home was the perfect place to have peace and intentional quality time. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the simple pleasure of kayaking through calm waters, each moment felt like a gentle reset for the soul. What truly elevated the experience was our host, Shawn. More than just a “super host,” she embodied hospitality in its finest form. Her attention to detail, her care for comfort, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home surpassed even the details of a Hollywood studio setting !

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Home was spacious and very clean, nice layout with one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, full bathrooms on both floors.

The Airbnb was in a beautiful location that was easily accessible to many restaurants and things to do. The free street parking made things extremely convenient and is a definite plus to the Airbnb. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Overall we would stay here again for the value provided.

The house was great. The fenced yard was nice for my dog and granddaughter. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub. I hope we can stay again.

Rafi’s place felt just like home. It was clearly a well-loved house, with lots of space and hardwood floors. The location (less than a block from the park) was great, and the neighborhood was really warm and friendly. Most major Baltimore attractions were walkable or could be reached via public transportation. If I were retuning to Baltimore, I’d definitely return to this home.
