Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Don't even hesitate to book this space! The apartment is in the perfect location for your visit to Italy. Easy public transportation to get deeper into Rome within walking distance of a beach and the absolutely stunning Ostia Antica. Me and my two friends were extremely comfortable each able to have her own separate bedrooms which are private and very relaxing. We felt right at home! It was extremely convenient to have two bathrooms too! The view from the terrace was wonderful, and a great spot to start your morning with coffee and breakfast. It felt very private and quiet. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance of this apartment. Great food, great coffee, and some really fun stories to go shopping in for fashion. Most importantly, Fabio was so attentive to our needs and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed on this trip. Offering guidance and tips to make our visit even better. I've already said this, but look no further and book it!

Amazing place, great view, very short walk to public transport and great food nearby. Interior is one of a kind, super spacious, penthouse rooftop area is so so so special and beautiful. Interior furniture and design was very unique and well thought out, old comfy vibes but yet furniture is new. Aldo and his Alessandra were the most gracious hosts I have ever met, they very kindly offered to pick us up in their car after I expressed concerns over Rome being our last stop and many luggage concerns for public transport. Aldo provided us with a comprehensive guide to the places we mentioned we were going to and gave a long list of food recommendations both near and far. On our last day he even offered to arrange pick up to the airport. GREAT stay, greater host!

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt - alles sehr sympathisch! Es wurde uns auch sofort Hilfe für etwaige Fragen angeboten! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für den Empfang gemütlich beheizt (wir waren in Dezember dort). Auch Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt! WiFi und sonstige technische Ausstattungen liefen ebenfalls problemlos! Vielen Dank an Chiara, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were so sweet and very quick to respond. They met us when we asked to drop our bags early, which was so kind! One of our group also needed an unexpected trip to the dentist, and they quickly recommended someone nearby. Very very hospitable hosts! The view of the Colosseum from down the street really can’t be beat. There are restaurants all within walking distance, one right under the place that was excellent. It did get a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected in the middle of a busy area with lots of great places in walkable distance. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here, and appreciated the great hosts! We would stay here again!

L'appartement se situe juste en face d une plage accessible gratuitement dans un quartier calme. Marchande de glace adorable au coin de la rue 😊 Couchage confortable. Cuisine et salle de bain agréable. Compter une grosse heure pour rejoindre le centre de Rome en bus et train. Merci a Roberto pour l'accueil

We had a great weekend in Rome. The apoartment was fantastic and the area had great restaurants and shops. Marianna was a great host and helped with transport and our other queastions. I absolutely recommend her and the apoartment!!

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Our stay in Rome was fabulous and even more spectacular because of the comfort and location of this apartment. Trastevere is a great neighbourhood with so much to do and lots of great things to eat and the tram right outside the door made it easy to get to everything even with two small children in tow xx

Monika非常热情。房子干净整洁，卫生间宽敞明亮。房子距离机场很近，靠近海边。由于Google map显示从机场到房子需要花费很长时间，不建议使用公共交通出行。Monika贴心提供了接送机服务，并向我讲解房子附近的历史建筑。谢谢~

The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Check-in was very easy to manage. Andrea was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — always available and genuinely attentive to our needs. Communication with him was smooth, kind, and very pleasant from beginning to end. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Die Wohnung war neu, modern, sauber und bestens eingerichtet! So wie auf den Fotos, wir können sie unbedingt weiter empfehlen!

L' alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile in automobile ed è effettivamente ben curato e dotato dei comfort di una casa moderna. Si raggiunge facilmente la stazione della metro di Anagnina e da lì si arriva tramite metro in qualsiasi punto di Roma in circa mezz'ora. Giuseppe è stato super disponibile in tutto ed anche le indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare sono state utilissime. Esperienza super positiva, se dovessi tornare a Roma prenoterei nuovamente lì!

Eur bölgesinde konferansımız olduğu için bu bölgeyi tercih ettik. Ulaşımı son derece kolaydı. Otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde ve 15 dk içinde ulaşabildik. O bölgede işi olanlar için tavsiye ederim. Ev merkeze uzak fakat bir otobüs ve metro aktarmayla bir saat içinde ulaşılabiliyor. Muhit son derece sakin. Çok yakında küçük bir market temel ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Yakında üç dört de güzel restorant mevcut. Büyük bir avm ye de oldukça yakın. Ev güzel bir konut içerisinde. Sakin ve temiz. Hiç gürültü ve mahremiyet problemi olmadı. 4 yaş oğlumuzla çok rahat konakladık. Ev gayet temiz. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Bütün eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve cana yakın. Tüm talimatları eksiksiz açıklıyor ve sorulara çok çabuk ve içten cevap veriyor. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Flavio. L'appartement est grand, très agréable et bien équipé. Le grand balcon est également très appréciable pour profiter de l'extérieur qui donne sur un joli jardin. Rome est facilement accessible via un bus ou un tram qui se trouve à quelques minutes de marche. Merci à Flavio pour ses réponses toujours très reactives. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Flávio’s place was so nice, like him, it was clean tidy and gardens and pool were awesome. We knew when we booked it was a good 1 hour min walk to see the sights, but we loved the walks through the parks and seeing normal life in Rome, we also found lots of places we would not have seen if we were in the centre. We had a wee accident as we got to the apartment and Flávio supported us greatly, ordering spare parts for our van and getting them delivered to his house then on to us, for fitting. It was so helpful and reduced the stress of what do we do now to get a repair. I would highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a peaceful location in nice surrounding and yes there is good transport links into the centre, but we rather walking. Highly recommend Flávio’s place Regards Peter Karen and our 2 dogs.
