Location was great! Not for from main hwy and easy to find. Clean and good price! Great experience. Host was very kind and responsive to our questions and needs. We definitely will use this location again! We had a great respite!

The place is in pristine condition. It’s spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we would need. The host also very thoughtful and prepared bottled water and snacks for us. Highly recommend this!

what an absolutely delightful place to stay! wonderful Adobe structure lovingly maintained, well-equipped and spotless. we would gladly stay here again. it was nice to be so close to the old town square as well. I loved the fresh coffee beans too! many thanks

Spent my second weekend at Katrina’s place, and it is quickly becoming one of my very favorite dog-friendly AirBnbs. Clean, spacious, and really peaceful neighborhood. The dogs loved the turfed backyard. Thank you so much for making us feel so at home!

Great place and wonderful neighborhood. This AirBnB was stocked with everything you would need. We came in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect place to stay before and after the celebrations. Would highly recommend it!

Casita at the Mediterranean Palms Estate

We LOVED our stay and will definitely be visiting again. The house matched the pictures exactly and the house exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so beautiful and the hot tub/ swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. Roxee, the yard dog was so cute and so friendly our little one loved her. The bed was super comfy and the loft upstairs was fun for our daughter. We felt safe and at home. Thank you for having us !

Cheerful desert oasis hot tub/fam/pet friendly!

This place is beautiful. So much room! The hot tub is nice and relaxing and so private. Also a pool table. Beds were so comfortable. Also it was nice that you could park in garage. Wish we were staying more than one.

We had a great stay and it was perfect for a quick getaway to Las Cruces! The back yard was perfect for our dog and the house was very spacious with a large primary bedroom.

Historic and Contemporary in heart of Old Mesilla

My husband and I were spending part of our honeymoon at Nate's place. This is one of the most beautiful and special accommodations I ever stayed at, it's really unique. I fell in love with it the moment we arrived there. Nate has such an eye for detail. I'm so amazed and I've been raving about it ever since! Also the location is perfect for walking around the charming town of Mesilla.

Family Retreat Near NMSU/Pan American Pet Friendly

We were in Las Cruces with my dad as he had a surgery. The house was very convenient for us as it was only a couple of streets from the hospital. Also Jose was super nice and accommodating in anything we needed. We appreciated his quick response and the house was perfect for us to get back in the evening and get some rest. I highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay. The house had great interior space with beautiful landscaping and views. Kitchen was decently equipped, bathroom was spacious, and decor was cheery. The house was obviously a commercial property previously, but after the initial curiosity, it didn’t affect our stay.

This house was exactly as described with a cute yard looking out over fields. There were lots of birds to watch outside the house. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for the one night we wanted to cook dinner. We would definitely book this house again if we are in the area.
