It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

Would definitely stay again. We traveled with two young kids and this host was extremely accommodating. They had toddler beds, toys, a pack and play and sound machines which helped out the kids tremendously! This place met all our needs. The sweetest host that left thoughtful snacks and notes. Very responsive. You won’t regret staying here.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Our family is relatively picky so when we stay at different places the kids tend to look for something that is exactly like home, which is of course, impossible ---- except at Joanie's place! We were able to bring our furry companion with us and even he felt welcomed with the dog toys available. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt comfortable. We were looking at different colleges and didn't have much time to engage in activities but the shopping looked great and we weren't far from some nature activities. Thanks Joanie!

This guy place is super clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Fort Collins. Hosts are responsive and super friendly, we will definitely book again. Really bummed we didn’t have time to use the hot tub.

Great stay, I will definitely return when staying in Estes park! Gorgeous home, very spacious and absolutely perfect for families. Their entertainment room is very kid friendly and my kiddos didn’t want to leave!

Words can’t fully describe how much we loved this place! In my experience with Airbnb’s, rarely is a place better than the pictures or the description…Nick’s place is! It is very spacious, has a great floor plan and he has stocked it with everything you need and then some. As for check-in it was super easy with no hassles. Communication with Nick was incredible. His response time was max 10-15 minutes every time…and I asked a lot of questions! Our son’s wedding was on Saturday so we hosted the rehearsal dinner there on Friday evening. There are so many seating areas inside and out so our 22 guests fit perfectly. Lots of space for parking too! Thank you again Nick for facilitating a wonderful family gathering in your beautiful home; we hope to stay there again when we’re in Estes Park.

Our stay at this cabin at the river was exceptional. We loved it and it was great experience home away home. Squeaky-clean bathrooms, kitchen and rooms. Our kids loved it and so did we. The sound of waters was so soothing and peaceful. We would definitely come back in summer time and recommend this to everyone. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had great experience with our trip and stay. We have shared our experience at Stonebrook to our family members and recommended them. We’re looking forward for our next trip to stay there again this summer or fall.
