The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

Swallows Cottage is situated a 5 min drive from the ferry terminal. It sits in its own grounds just 100m from the seafront of the quiet Craigmore district of the island. The cottage boasts stunning views up to Loch Striven and across the bay to Ardbeg and over to Toward. Swallows, is self contained with its own drive, and has ample space for 2 cars. There is a also a secure garden at the side of the cottage.You will fall in love as soon as you enter the door. Its such a beautiful place to stay

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Sitting in its own garden, Yewtree offers more than just an Airbnb experience. It's an opportunity to get outside and enjoy Argyll, learn something new or just do your own thing. It's a cosy little base - which we hope you'll enjoy calling home while you visit Argyll.​

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

This traditional 18th-century detached gatehouse is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
