De Vestingstad ligt op ruim 20 minuten met de trein of auto naar het centrum van Amsterdam. Het busstation is om de hoek en brengt je in een paar minuten naar het treinstation. Naarden is één van de mooiste plekjes in Nederland met z'n prachtige wallen, wateren en pittoreske huizen vlakbij de randmeren. De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

Our original luxurious holiday-let provides you with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The house has been built on the edge of the forest and has views over the fields. It has been built in the same style as the main house that on the same estate. Both houses have a zero carbon footprint. We use earth heat, solar panels and ground water from our own well. There is also a large vegetable patch which adds to our self-sufficiency.

Heerlijk verblijven in een ontspannen, warm , vakantie huis, volledig prive gelegen, in de rust van de Eempolder. Charmwood bevindt zich in de polder tussen de boerderijen. Voor het huis aan de dijk begint een beschermd vogel broedgebied waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Vooral in de vroege ochtend of aan het einde van de dag is het genieten van de meest waanzinnige zonsop-of ondergangen.
