We are glad to choose Duco as our host for the holidays. The house is located in a beautiful and friendly spot in Naarden, the neighborhood felt so cozy, calm, and vintage. I really thank Duco for this opportunity to stay at his place, my family and I had an amazing time feeling like home, he has provided guidances and trip ideas along our journey with sightseeing options, restaurants, and etc. As a matter of fact, everything needed was near with a 5 mins walk to Albert Heijn or other essentials needed in a neighborhood, beautiful sightseeings, and beautiful restaurants. Overall, check-in was smooth, responsiveness was excellent, and an amazing walkable area. Thank you Duco for your friendly hospitality, we will for sure visit you again!

Hermance was a lovely host, had our favorite snacks ready for us, very clean home and had all the amenities we needed! We had an amazing time staying here. It was the perfect spot to explore both Amsterdam and the peaceful village we were in!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Fi war freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür. Gerne wieder.

A large beautiful home in a small, quiet village. Walking distance to the grocery store, ice cream shop, butcher and a few restaurants. The home has a well equipped kitchen, large dining table and cozy family room. There is a game room with plenty of games/toys for rainy days. A very large garden for the kids to run around, swing set, basketball hoop and soccer goal. We had a wonderful stay at Annelotte and Rogier's home.

Maison très agréable au calme pour se reposer après une visite d'Amsterdam. L'environnement est très agréable pour se promener et découvrir Utrecht aussi.

Absolutely beautiful house in a lovely town. The house felt homely and had a gorgeous outside cabin. We went for new years and were so amazed at all the fireworks! Would definitely come again.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we gehad in het prachtige huis van Leentje en haar familie. Het huis ademt warmte, familie en is fantastisch ruim opgezet. Wij hebben zelf ook drie kinderen dus dit huis was een perfecte match. Een gemoedelijke buurt met vriendelijke buren en heel veel groen om ons heen. Kortom: ik wil daar wonen. En tot die tijd komen we graag af en toe terug.

Violet’s house is situated in one of the loveliest Dutch towns Laren. The house is charming, inspirational, warm and a heaven for book worms. You can relax in the garden as well if the weather allows. Very well organized house and Violet is always available for any questions you might have. It’s very easy to feel at home in this house. I can't recommend Martijn and Lucy's place enough. The apartment itself was extremely well furnished and thought out, including a well stocked kitchen, decent shower and plenty of towels provided. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top floor of the building, but these are well worth it for the benefit of a roof terrace. The location is great, with plenty of food options within a few mins walk (it's worth checking out the Foodhallen!) and an outdoor market on the street below. A tram line that can take you towards the central station is only a couple of mins away or it's an enjoyable walk to anywhere in Amsterdam. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen! Serge ist der perfekte Gastgeber, zuvorkommen, immer da aber trotzdem zurückhaltend, höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit - uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es hat an nichts in dieser luxuriösen, absolut durchdachten Unterkunft gefehlt. Hochwertige Geräte in der top ausgestatteten Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, Alu-& Frischhaltefolie usw.), gemütliches Sofa&Bett, schönes Bad, es war schön warm (im doch kühlen April). Unsere Wäsche konnten wir waschen und auch im Trockner trocknen lassen. Vor den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, im Schlafzimmer gute Verdunklungsvorhänge und für tagsüber schönen Sichtschutz. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem großen Parkplatz, das Auto hat man von Wohnzimmer&Küche immer im Blick. Wir werden wiederkommen! 寬敞，漂亮，舒適，溫暖，時尚，光線充足，寧靜，環境優美，設備齊全。 屋主很友善，回覆迅速，每次我有任何問題或要求，他都很快回覆及翌日早上會向我提供我的所需。也向我提供了附近美味的餐具及適合我的小孩玩樂的景點。 廚房和浴室設備齊全。洗衣服、乾衣服也很方便。煮食也是很好的選擇。 文化差異的關係，我們是不會穿著鞋子進入屋內，請你自備私人的室內拖鞋。 可能我到訪時候是term break的關係，星期一至五都遇到塞車，到任何一個荷蘭主要的城市（阿姆斯特丹、海牙、鹿特丹、代爾夫特）都至少需要一小時或以上，出發前要預留更多的時間。 注意：需額外付上荷蘭政府的tourist tax，每人每晚€1.58。

Zoek je een fijne accommodatie waar je in een weekend tijd het gevoel hebt dat je minstens een week bent weggeweest? Dan heb je die hier gevonden :) Alles bij elkaar zorgt voor een fantastische ervaring. Vooral de bescheiden gastvrijheid van Wim, Renée en Teske voelt oprecht en warm en maakt voor ons dat dit één van de beste Airbnbervaringen is tot nu toe (en we hebben er al behoorlijk wat).

Mariettas Haus liegt in dem schönen Städtchen Muiderberg, von wo aus wir drei Tage lang völlig unkompliziert nach Amsterdam gependelt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ist umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen alleinstehenden Villen. Die Wohnung eingerichtet, es gab kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke wie Pralinen, Käse und Wein. Vielen Dank hierfür. Nach Besichtigungstagen in der Stadt haben wir die Abends in Muiderberg am Strand ausklingen lassen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr modern und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war Klasse!

We had a lovely stay at Tijmen's spacious home which is ideally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk to the museum campus, Vondelpark and several other sites. Tijmen was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and guidance on restaurants and sites in the area. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the sun on the rooftop deck. Like most flats in Amsterdam, you need to climb stairs to get to the flat (and the deck), but it is well worth it!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le airbnb de Max, un hôte très amical, disponible et arrangeant. Le logement était propre et surtout très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut. Point très important : il est situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant à seulement 10min en bus d’Amsterdam Centraal. Bonus pour la terrasse très agréable ! Si nous devions revenir à Amsterdam, nous vendrions ici à nouveau !

das kleine Häuschen ist einfach nur traumhaft. Wir haben uns so richtig entspannt. Wir hatten Frühstück und haben es sehr genossen von Barry verwöhnt zu werden. Immer wieder gerne ❤️

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

Das Häuschen ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vermittelt Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Die Kommunikation lief super, so nette Gastgeber. Mit dem Hund kann man direkt loslaufen und auch viele schöne Strecken in der Nähe erreicht man mit dem Auto. Wir waren noch mit dem Zug in Utrecht, auch super easy zu erreichen. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!
