We are just a few minutes drive from Horsetooth Reservoir- and are located directly across the street from Horsetooth’s hiking & biking trail for easy access to the waterfall. Kayak & SUP rentals are available. 20 min from downtown FOCO.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Close to Old Town & Many Wedding Venues (RV's ok)

Cozy home in the country yet within biking distance to historic Old Town Fort Collins, a couple of miles to wedding venues like Tapestry House and Bingham Hill Preserve, farmers markets in season, breweries, City Park (golfing, community swimming pool), Colorado State University and bike trails. Within miles to everything else you come to Fort Collins for. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, crockpot, and plenty of bake & dishware. Ask about fees for RV parking and pets. Permit 21-RES0831

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
