In case if you are coming by car, we offer a private under-cover parking space just steps away from your apartment. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The 50 sqm Apartment Royal is situated in a beautiful villa on the Lapad peninsula, only 5 mins walk from the nearest beaches and 4km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, main ferry port and bus terminal. The nearest bus stop is 50m away. It is completely new, with fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with Netflix, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, romantic canopy bed and hydromassage bathtub. Enjoy the spectacular views, take a swim in the infinity swimming pool and sunbathe on the terrace with a sea view!

The Apartment "Gallery" is a luxury apartment newly renovated in July 2024. Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in Lapad, the heart of Dubrovnik. Lapad is a residential center of Dubrovnik with green and calm surroundings, excellent beaches and restaurants. Calma Dubrovnik/sea view/cozy

What a view!, first words of our visitors when arrive to Calma on the Babin Kuk hill, in Lapad area. Close to beaches, bars and restaurants, surrounded by green, green pine wood. Famous Old Town is just 10 minutes bus ride. Great for enjoy in tranquility, walks along the coast, exploring number of beaches close to apartment. Ideal for people who do not mind the stairs. Although, whole Dubrovnik is hilly and, more or less, about the stairs. Free parking: 1-2 km far from the apartment.

Socialist Chic Flavor - Prime Location , NEW !

Cute Studio You&Me, 300m from Sunset beach Lapad

Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.
