posizione incantevole e ineguagliabile fianco spiaggia. casa adeguata per 4 persone negli spazi interni... Cucina piccolina ma adatta alle esigenze, Wifi servizio in più adeguato.

Bellissima esperienza! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, posto ideale per stare in vacanza in totale relax. L'appartamento pulito e intimo, indipendente, arredato in stile modernissimo, funzionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti comfort,di tutti i servizi essenziali( lavatrice, biancheria, lenzuola, olio, caffè, cartigienica ect) dove regna la pace più assoluta. Si trova in pieno centro storico a Loceri, piccolo borgo autentico, con tantissimi murales da ammirare e fotografare. Spiaggie incantevoli a pochi minuti d'auto, parchi, boschi e incursioni da fare a pochi km dalla struttura, insomma punto strategico per visitare l'Ogliastra. Rossano host impeccabile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove parcheggiare sia per i posti da visitare nei dintorni, ci ha fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa, extra e a nostra disposizione ombrellone, sedie da mare e racchette...che dire il top!! Ovviamente consigliatissimo!!!

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

Casa accogliente e molto gentili i proprietari.

Ottimo padrone di casa, sa come dare ospitalità, ambiente luminoso e pulito, ordinato dotato di tutti i confort e non da poco Maurizio ci ha fatto trovare, caffe', the e fette biscottate, marmellata per la colazione. GRAZIE Maurizio.

La consiglio a tutti!!! Marcella é gentilissima e pronta a rispondere davvero velocissima. La casa é molto curata e davvero pulita! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie e a presto !

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

So muss ein Appartement sein. Eines der besten, das ich bis jetzt über Airbnb gebucht habe.

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Francesca war eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin! Wir hatten alles in der Unterkunft was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet so dass wir für unsere Gruppe gut kochen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schöne ruhige Ausgangslage zum Klettern, Baden, Essen gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Francesca!

Alloggio pulitissimo e in ordine , ampia dotazione di asciugamani da bagno . Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno anche se consiglio ad Antonella di ampliare la quantità di piatti e qualche tegame in più . Letto abbastanza comodo . Appartamento silenzioso , con un piacevole terrazzino . Spiaggia del paese facilmente raggiungibile a piedi , per le altre occorre prendere la macchina e il tempo di percorrenza e’ circa 40 minuti . Antonella è stata un host gentile, attenta e allo stesso tempo discreta pur abitando al piano di sotto , di aiuto fondamentale in un piccolo incidente capitato al nostro cane . Comunicazione immediata e chiara . Luogo che consiglio a chi ama fare trekking per la possibilità di conoscere incantevoli calette . Nonostante il forte maestrale e il tempo anche piovoso e’ stata comunque una bellissima vacanza !

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area, just a 10 minute walk down to the sea front. The apartment was very clean and in good condition and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The only issue we had was with the washing machine but they helped us with our problem and I believe are looking into the issue now. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

Nous avions initialement un autre airbnb, duquel nous avons quitté car nous étions très déçus J’ai trouvé cette perle rare le jour même, j’ai eu une grande chance de le trouver Quartier adorable Excellents restaurants Allions tous les matins au Bellavista bio café délicieux Geppo’s pizza excellent Épicerie CRAI juste à côté Logement robuste propre Très bonne air climatisée Lit très confortable Magnifique paysage Piscine incroyable Calme Très bien entretenu Sécuritaire, avec guérite Gianfranco et son personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable Nous allons revenir certainement Merci pour tout !!!

Wir hatten ganz wunderbare Tage bei Rita. Sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, schöner Pool und toller Service: Handtuchwechsel, Frühstück, Kommunikation. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände (ca. 15-20 Minuten). Unser liebster Strand war Spiaggia Cea mit feinem Sand und netter Bar. Restauranttipp: Mullò in Triei

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Merveilleuses vacances d'un mois à Tortoli. Ambiance "campagne" en bord de mer. Tout était parfait ! Plages de sable blanc, eaux cristallines, peu de monde. Bonnes trattorias, excellentes glaces et pizzerias (très bon marché) juste à côté de la maison. De très beaux sites nuragiques à quelques kilomètres. Le logement de Stefano est très agréable (et encore plus joli même que sur les photos). Les pièces sont grandes et tout est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. Stefano et ses parents sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible. Une famille adorable! GRAZIE MILLE ! ! !

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Absolute peace and privacy in a lovingly landscaped and well-kept property. Thank you, Gianfranco, for being a great host, your small attentions and recommendations as well asalways being helpful.
