What a place! The best part of the stay was being in such a serene setting. The cabin did the job. The outdoor showers overlooking the river were amazing, and we enjoyed the sauna too. As others mentioned, our cell provider doesn't cover the area, and we could only get wifi from Steve's home if we held the phone in particular spots (or walked 50 feet toward his house). This was actually a big plus, as it helped everyone in our group set down the phones, unplug, and be present in nature. Loved it!

My family and I did a last minute stay here and it was perfect! Fantastic location and views! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time for a short weekend get away. close to the beach, there is a little mart and bar just around the corner(walking distance)

The Pacific Pearl was just as described - a beautiful place in a scenic location. We had a really relaxing time and loved the Old Town area - great restaurants and shops. Thanks Leslie!

A really quiet, secluded spot without any nearby neighbors. There is workshop next door that we heard people in on occasion, but otherwise there were hardly even any cars that drove by. The house itself looks even nicer than the photos, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. It is definitely a bit older and dated, but we absolutely loved it, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a great stay and would come back anytime!

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. You can’t beat the ocean view that we had for our Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meal. The house was very clean. We would definitely rent this house again if we were staying in this area.

What a memorable time we had on our first visit to Florence, Oregon. And Kelly’s property certainly added to our wonderful time in this lovely town. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and exceeded all of our expectations. I look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelly!

I was totally charmed being there. I’m an ocean person so hearing the waves at night was heavenly and the sunset was just stellar. It’s an easy block or two to the ocean from seal pup. I loved the shower …. Most creative/ fantastic showerhead. The ambience of the room was very calming. Looking forward to returning. I was so grateful to have my own walls and not be in a hotel. Seal Pup offered the peace and quiet that I really treasure.

Michelle thought of everything! It’s a small space but it had everything you needed, it was perfect! The bathroom and linens were high end. We were so comfortable! We enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the house. Thanks for sharing your beach cottage.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the Umpqua River and fall colors. The dome was so cozy and we really enjoyed having the wood stove. Hosts were kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Very cozy and adorable and the view couldn't be beat! We loved the octopus theme and accents and enjoyed the VHS collection at night. It was great being so close to the beach and when not on the beach, we enjoyed the excellent beach views from the living room and the rocking chairs on the deck. We would definitely return in the future!

We had a relaxing stay looking across the dunes to the ocean. It was beautiful and the house is excellently maintained. In fact, everything seemed new, from the kitchen to an abundance of soft bath towels. Beach access over a dune is right outside or there is flatter access a few houses down. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking in. Heceta Beach is enough north of Florence to feel like a beach community but close enough to have relatively close driving access to several markets and restaurants. One of the best maintained short term rentals we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in many).

The property is way more magical then the photos! My friends and I had the most relaxing, fantastic weekend. We lucked out and had great weather through the weekend stay and made many memories. I highly recommend Tim's place! One of the best beach front properties I have booked. Everybody enjoyed the stay and all the amenities. Tim was very responsive when I asked any questions or requested local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

My son graduated from U of O and we came from out of town and needed a place to stay after his graduation. The hotels in Eugene were really high, so I rented this beautiful home for my family. It was big enough to accommodate us comfortably!! We all loved it so much! Beds were comfortable and the house was well layed out for all of us to enjoy. This house has lots of updates, looks better than the photos listed. The deck was a wonderful place to watch the sunset! I know my daughter and I want too come back next year!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was. So peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back during the storm season.

The home was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean. Lots of room for our entire family to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking meals. The kids loved the downstairs tv/game room area. It was nice having Fred Meyer 3 miles away for the last minute items we forgot. Our host was quick and responsive during our stay and made some great local recommendations. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you.

We were extremely pleased by the cleanliness of this rental! We were especially grateful that they seem to use fragrance-free detergent for their linens and don’t have plug-in wall deodorizers! Our family is sensitive to these artificial perfumes and fragrances, so we enjoyed our stay EXTRA because of the thoughtful choice they make for their cleaning products. This property seems to be managed very well, and we’d welcome the chance to visit again. The view of the ocean was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to a beautiful and secluded beach. The kitchen is well stocked for serious cooks (including things like a large roasting pan, at least in the Eagle unit). The grounds and landscaping around each unit at the Oregon House are carefully maintained and beautiful. Thank you for your excellent attention to detail with this rental! We’re were SO THANKFUL to stay in a rental that uses fragrance-free detergent!

Completely matched the description. Very nice spot. Great area and fit what we needed. The instructions were very clear and helpful since the cell service is spotty going in. Thankful for that heads up! The boathouse area was a big hit with everyone and a nice spot to cool off since it was so hot when we were there. Would stay again and recommend to others wanting to disconnect and enjoy nature a bit!
