Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Carissimi ospiti, avrete a disposizione un appartamento con giardino in una villa a pochi passi dal mare e dalla pineta. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina con accesso diretto al fresco giardino attrezzato dove potrete consumare le vostre colazioni e cene durante la bella stagione, ma troverete anche un camino ed un magnifico bagno con idromassaggio per le vostre serate invernali. L'elegante camera da letto ed il grande salone con divano letto e TV completano la casa.

A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.
