The home was tidy and spacious! We especially enjoyed the patio in the back yard, although wasps were present during the day, likely due to the spring weather. We communicated about damaged blinds upon arrival, but Kim replied almost immediately, which was much appreciated!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is incredible – much larger than I expected and with a stunning atmosphere all around. The private property is spacious and offers complete peace and privacy, with no disturbances. Ashley, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, always getting back to me within 5 minutes for any questions or requests I had. Both the house and the host truly deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be choosing this property again for my next stay and can't wait to return for another memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

This trip was the best place we’ve ever stayed on Airbnb. We were in the area because of a sick relative so it was a last minute booking. Host was super helpful in every way. Home was beautiful and the covered back porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning and unwind at night. Could not of asked for anything better !

Great stay overall! The space had all the amenities listed, and the location was excellent; close to the city with quick and affordable Uber rides to just about anywhere. I loved being able to walk to a delicious brunch spot nearby, too. It’s a renovated motel, so you can expect some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an urban stay. The parking was a bit tight, but my car felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the locked gate. My advice: park your car inside the gate and use Uber to explore the area, it made things super convenient. We had two cars so we parked my car in the gate and parked our second car (larger truck) in the monitored ally behind the building. Would definitely stay here again for the location and ease!

This place was a dream! The space is exactly as pictured! I’ve never stayed at a rental that was as intentional as this home! Highlights for me: easy check in, wonderful parking and a quiet and safe neighborhood, provided fresh dark towels, plenty of toiletries, recent service of HVAC (I was definitely warm & cozy). The furniture was very comfortable from the couch to the bed. Beth, the host was absolutely amazing! Very personable, responsive and accommodative to any request I may have made. Which was one- just to adjust the furnaces (as this has its original heating system! That runs like NEW). Would highly recommend 10/10! I will certainly return to stay again! My home away from home! Thank you so much for such an invaluable contribution to my amazing weekend retreat! Beat me to renting this place again! Lol
