La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

We loved our stay at Ian’s Villa. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, organized and well thought layout for everyone to have a great time. We know we will be back again. Thank you Ian!

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft und bietet auch die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist zentral - Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit Auto rasch erreichbar. Eine schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

très bon logement assez bien placé pour rejoindre la plage , les supermarché... anibal est très sympathique et très réactif (pour un problème de porte) . je rejoins les autres commentaires concernant la caution en espèces mais aucun soucis lors du départ. seul point de amélioration à notre goût la ventilation un peu bruyante et les palmiers de la photo non présent lol mais rien de méchant je recommande.

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this Airbnb! The panoramic views from this place are nothing short of spectacular – every room offered incredible scenery. It's a very comfortable house Communication with the host was excellent! They were prompt and helpful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. You do need a car to get around Altea. I will stay at this place again

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

Una casa muy completa y equipada, el anuncio correspondía con la realidad y la zona era muy tranquila. Nos gustó mucho el jardín ya que estaba muy limpio cuidado y con todos los detalles. La entrada y la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido muy sencilla.

The villa was fantastic. Very clean with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We were 2 families with teenagers. The villa had plenty of room with excellent facilities, lots of outdoor space with seating areas and a good sized pool. Restaurants and supermarket within 10 mins walk and beach within 25 mins. Benidorm easily reached by both bus and train for a couple of euros. We got a taxi to Aqualandia for 12 euros each way. All in all we had a brilliant time and would highly recommend

Nos fuimos 4 amigos y un perrete a pasar el puente de mayo y no hemos podido estar más agusto, camas cómodas y con todo lo que se indica en el anuncio. El jacuzzi un puntazo y Teresa una mujer majisima y muy amable, siempre pendiente, con la suerte de poder tener entrada y salida flexibles. Hemos estado muy agusto y si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en tener este alojamiento muy en mente para volver a repetir.

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.

Pasamos dos noches para pasar las fiestas en familia y todo estuvo perfecto la casa está genial para dos familias, muchas gracias Julia por todo.

El apartamento es espectacular, bonito, limpio, con todas las cosas que puedes necesitar y mas... Marta está muy pendiente y contesta muy rápido. He visitado muchos apartamentos y sin duda la relación calidad precio de este es la mejor que he visto. Si vuelvo por esa zona no dudaré en intentar repetir. Muchas gracias chicos!!!

Un sitio Espectacular con la piscina y la casa muy limpia y todo nuevo. Muy recomendable Daniel se preocupó en todo momento de que nos sintiéramos como en nuestra casa.
