Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

Amazing place to stay. Quiet and kind of hidden. Not far from the main street. Elaine was super helpful and remained in contact with me throughout my stay to ensure everything was up to par!

Great location on the quiet end of Balboa Island. 4 houses from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry. Great outdoor front deck, perfect to hang out and have meals on nice days. Kayaks and bikes available for your use! Downstairs unit of duplex was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Owner very responsive to questions and needs. This is a great place, I can't wait to go back.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Inside, the space was open and airy, providing plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor area was just as spacious and inviting. It was also in a perfect location—just 10 minutes from Disneyland—which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The host was easily accessible, super friendly, and even gave us a great recommendation for an amazing local restaurant that we ended up loving.

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

Loved this place, would definitely stay again. Very fun for the kids and very clean and tidy. Lots of empty drawers and closet space which is SO nice. They had a pack and play and laundry machines which we needed and was great! Very responsive host. Check out was easy. Hope to come back soon!

We have stayed here a few times. It’s such a perfect location. By far the best price for the view and walkability. WiFi is meh, but that is the only thing that isn’t perfection.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!
