We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s home. Her parents, Ed and Kay welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They provided wine and delicious snacks for us and also gave us passes to Rumbling Bald. The place is right on the lake and absolutely beautiful. The inside is much more beautiful than in the pictures, as it is tastefully decorated and good quality linens and towels were provided. They had every thing available that we could need, expensive toiletries and plenty of floats and kayaks. I can’t say i’ve ever stayed at an air bnb that was so thoughtfully appointed before. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing stay. Was very peaceful and extremely clean. Felt great walking into the home.

Location is great, Larry communicates well & is very nice, kitchen space is great, wide open areas.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Beautiful lakeshore area and close to downtown Davidson. Great spot and wonderful hosts.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

Beautiful place to stay! Loved the huge screened in porch and the upstairs area was great for kids hangout spot. I wish we had a water craft to enjoy the lake but we were in town to host a wedding. We did get to enjoy the dock and a little swimming the day after festivities. Would definitely stay again.

Brad’s lake house was perfect for our weekend. Great choice of bedrooms and places to gather, inside and outside. And the lake was peaceful and serene.

This place is amazing. There’s a router you can plug into if you need a wired internet connection. The beds are comfortable. The shower is great. It’s wonderful.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

My family truly enjoyed our stay. From breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake to fishing before time for dance it was perfect. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Even though you feel secluded it was close to restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a very welcoming home. Great atmosphere! All the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I will say for 5 people there wasn’t enough towels for everyone. All furnishings are really nice. Comfy couch and enough seats for all of us to relax together and watch tv. The fire pit was wonderful at night with a great view. Was in a wonderful location to downtown Charlotte. Went to the Bank of America Stadium and was like 15 minutes away. There are kayaks but we didn’t use them. We were hoping to fish from the dock or the bank. We had brought all of our fishing stuff to fish. So, I will say if you do want to fish you would need to use them. The dock isn’t there. It’s across the water channel on a sand bar island hence you need to use the kayaks to fish open water. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. If we come back to this area. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, House had everything you need and more. Beautiful outdoor space! Clean beds and the kitchen was everything! Loved my stay. Will most definitely be back!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.
