This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Visited in October. Excellent location, extremely quiet and lots of room for 6 adults. Easily had parking space for 2 cars. Great option for budget-conscious travellers. Host left a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Loved York Harbour!

We loved staying at Becky's place. It was spacious with everything we needed. The lake and playground space directly behind the Airbnb was such a nice feature!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! I had a wonderful experience at the house, I felt right at home the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, the garden with the fire pit and picnic table wonderful, reading books in the shade of the trees in the afternoon was amazing. The bedrooms were great and I enjoyed the balcony. Kiana is a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying at her house. I look forward to coming back next year. Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Laconia, NH. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy walking access to local attractions. Check-in was seamless, and Christine was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
