This was the perfect little house and being dog friendly was a huge bonus! All the amenities to feel right at home were provided. Also, Kerri is an amazing host. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a blast here! We lucked out and got an amazingly warm and sunny April weekend and we just hung on the beach during the day and played in the pool at night! beds were cozy, area was super quiet. Really loved our stay

She was incredibly helpful, promptly attending to any requests I had, whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with the amenities in the apartment. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen supplies to cozy linens. Her attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience.

Heath and Krista were very warm and hospitable and even came over to say hello. The house was very cute, clean and comfy to relax in. The neighborhood was so peaceful, perfect for a morning walk to the local coffee shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a e couples weekend for my birthday and we had everything we needed as far as amenities for adults. I would recommend this place to anyone including people with kids.

Great location with all of downtown South Bend easily within a short walk. Extremely affordable, especially on such short notice (as I needed.) Theresa is a very proactive host and unsolicited provided me with clear instructions. She has a quaint apartment unit that was a pleasure to sleep in, very "homey" feel with positive, uplifting appointments. Very recommended!

Very cute place to stay for a few nights! We stayed here for a figure skating competition at ND and this place was very close—about 10 mins driving. Looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It’s right beside a road so it can be a little loud, but once we settled in for the night we didn’t really notice too much. Overall, had a great stay here and would stay again!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

Top -notch. Well-appointed and some nice little personal touches like the Michigan made beverages stocked in the fridge. The atmosphere was quiet and the space is plenty roomy a few day stay. I won't hesitate to visit again.

tim is a great host. clear instructions, responsive, friendly. I love this location. within walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops, ND, spots by the river to lay a blanket down and enjoy the weather. close to Lake Michigan beaches. I love the private parking. clean place, has all the amenities you love from home. it's my go to anytime I'm in SB.

I enjoyed my stay, compared to other places I've stayed it was very spacious. It was clean and private and in a good location to restaurants. I was in town 1 night and there are not a lot of options in the area. There is no elevator, the unit is upstairs. It took 3 trips to get my luggage upstairs. The stairs are uneven in spots, if you have gait or balance issues, be aware. It may be cumbersome to go up and down the stairs. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the towels are soft, the kitchen is clean, the decor is super cute. A lot of positives. I had to log into my own Hulu account and there is no Netflix downloaded. Not a huge deal but at most Airbnb's I've stayed Hulu and Netflix are already loaded and available, I didn't need to log into my own accounts. For the location and it being one night for one person, I paid a little more than I normally would, however, it is a clean, large space. Bottom line, I would stay again and give it 5 stars.

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

We booked this place for my husband to work for 6 weeks. It was a perfect home away from home for him. Vik was a superb host! Very responsive, kind and lovely to work with. Thanks Vik!

Beautiful, cozy space with a great location!

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!
